This was a gem in the Black River Falls area, but no more. Not only was the service nearly non-existent on my latest visit, but the food was not good either. I sat for 10 minutes before anyone came to my table and another 10 before I got my drink and could order. From there, it only went downhill. I asked for water 3 different times. I never did get it in the hour and a half I suffered through this experience. The pork chops, which had been very good on previous visits, were drier than the bottom of my shoe. If I had to say anything good, it would be that the Old Fashioned wasn’t horrible. I doubt I’ll give them another chance when I’m back in the area.

Had never been here and stopped when passing through had good reviews so thought we would try out a local place. Broasted chicken was excellent but did a 2 due to Bartender disposition. We sat at the bar and she cussed and swore when more customers came in on a Sunday later afternoon. Would have had another drink but didn’t want to bother her. I know help is very hard to get these days but customers have to feel welcome in order for a business to survive.

First time visiting BJ’s for the Friday night fish fry, we had the cod, and loved it! Fish was delicious, salad bar was good and the service was great! Will return on our future trips!! A++ BJ’s.

We waited for an hour and a half for two burgers and one chicken sandwich. My 5 year old was getting incredibly antsy and tired. Our waitress never checked with us while we waited for our food, nor did she explain why it took so long. We asked if we could pay for our drinks and leave to which she replied it should only be a couple minutes. The kitchen staff milled about the dining room socializing with customers during our visit. I do not recommend this establishment if you are looking for something timely. To top it off the food was sub-par.

Ordered takeout 7:30p.m. on a Thursday night. The lady who answered took my order and couldn’t tell me how many mini tacos were on their menu and I asked how long until their done which she replied when can you get here? I said 15 mins. I arrived to a packed bar, as I entered I got a lot of not so welcoming stares from the non diverse crowd that was there. Anyway I had to search for somewhere to pick up food, you would think they would have an obvious sign or a designated place for this but no I had to go to the bar as if I was ordering a drink, nothing wrong with that I wouldn’t have minded one if I wasn’t driving. Anyway my food was sitting by the bar packed and ready to go. The lady I flagged for my food was under a lot of stress so customer service was not that great. I had a 10 min drive back to my destination and my food tasted as if it was tossed in the microwave and put in the Togo box. The tacos had a very hard shell and they usually have was completely gone.. I have had these same mini tacos at numerous bar and grill places and not once have they looked or tasted thus bad, that is why I ordered these to play it safe. I also ordered fries which cannot even fairly be reviewed because of takeout, edible. Maybe on a better night everything would be better dining in with a different crowd. I always give places 2 strikes STRIKE 1

We stopped at the Airport bar for lunch (from ATV riding). The place was very nice inside and the food was very good. I marked it down a star due to the service. The two girls seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.
