Do not order unless you’re there to watch them make it!!!! I knew I shouldn’t have ordered for delivery here again!! About a month and a half ago was the last time, I ordered tacos and received simply just tortillas with cheese and sour cream on them, nothing else. Today I ordered a burrito only to receive those ingredients as disgusting (sopping in sour cream) nachos inside of a clearly labeled container with my actual correct order on it. These people just really don’t care at all. At least now I know better than to try and call to get my money back wasting my life, last time after being hung up on and told “I thought you were done” (mid sentence and conversation) I call back and they pretended to be working on it while laying the phone down forever chatting away, only to never get my money back after being told it was all set and confirming I would. Listen I know staffing is tough but this is just plain idgaf what you order if you’re not here to watch me make it yourself. First photo are tacos that I am not sure anyone would order and second my clearly and correctly labeled container and wrong food inside.

It’s sad how bad this place has gotten over the years. I still remember ten years ago when this was a decent spot poor quality food. Now the restaurant is dirty, the food is cold and overcooked. I’m still surprised how this place is still open, most of the time when I drive by the parking lot is completely empty.

I have been here a few times and it is generally a good spot. There’s been some turn over through the years I’ve gone there and today was a good day. The staff was training a new person, so the order took a little longer than normal. Despite that the burrito was made to order and is good. I also got the chips and cheese sauce, and it was solid.

Three real issues. First was the burrito, not good. The beans were all overcooked and dry, black beans and pinto beans (pinto beans were the worst, completely dried out in steam table. Rice was dry and crispy as well as the chicken. Lettuce was not available. As to the Tortilla chips, there were two lexans full of cooked whole chips and we were given a handful of pieces, photo attached. Was charged for a full cup of queso instead of the half cup ordered. Individual at register did not understand or listen. Most of the food in the steam table had been there much too long resulting in dried out, poor quality food. If my wife had not wanted this, I would have left. I do not know if this is specific to the Shrewsbury location at 61 Boston Turnpike Road (Route 9) or prevalent throughout the company. But this isn’t the quality that MOE’s is known for.

I ordered a bowl to be delivered to my wife as a surprise… it was quite the surprise, for $15 this is what was sent… I mean, are you kidding me!? My 7 year old could do better than this. Gross, I will absolutely never go here or order out from here again.

Ordered $100 worth of food online. After 90mins we called and they said our order was dropped off, it wasnt. They then said we had to re-pay for our order even though nothing was our fault. Then we were told our new order would be ready in 20mins. Drove there instead of delivery only to be told we were getting a refund. Told them its for our employees and we want the food. After several phone calls to a different Manager, they re-made our food, only to tell us we had to be re-charged because THEY couldnt lose money. Horrible customer service, Manager on duty couldn’t have cared less about trying to help the customer. FOR SURE will never go back…..

The staff was throwing food along the line, only two people working, and instead of readying new product to be sold, they would just tell customers they didn’t have steak or pork, only chicken, no queso???! No salsa of any of the 6 varieties usually stocked?? No bacon?? No corn salsa?? Staffing issues in this location need to be addressed with WAY more sense of urgency. I should’ve left halfway through.

Run by teenagers. Dirty tables. Employees more focused on socializing with each other than the customer’s order. It seems they don’t invest what it would cost to have decent management (i.e. affording someone out of high school) and that decision has taken its toll.
