Moe’s Original Bar B Que features award-winning Bama-style pulled pork, ribs, wings, turkey and chicken smoked over hardwood served with two unique sauces in addition to Catfish, Mahi Mahi and a Shrimp Moe-Boy sandwich. Additionally, eight to ten traditional Southern sides and tasty desserts are served fresh daily from recipes passed down for generations. Large party takeout orders and full service catering with delivery are also available.

Good experience here, good service, and good food. The Marinated coleslaw was excellent, the pickled onions were a nice addition. The baked beans were good but not very warm for some reason. The rib sandwich was also good but the protein didn’t have enough smoke flavor in my opinion. The bbq sauce was unique and tasty too. I’ll definitely try this restaurant again.

BBQ in Colorado… yes! My turkey sandwich had a sweet cold slaw dressing added to it that made my mouth sing when I put the sweet, tangy sauce on it. The bread was a brioche bun, I think. It merely added more flavor to my sandwich. The decor was pine paneling in a rustic bar-like atmosphere. It worked well for the cuisine that was being served. Per my son, Moe’s is a Colorado original.

Fantastic! You absolutely must try Moe’s if you are in Eagle, Colorado! What a great find. Looked up restaurants for dinner on google and Foursquare and Moe’s had high marks. I couldn’t have agreed more. I had the ribs and added the pulled pork. For my two sides I got the chili and banana pudding. Don’t forget the sweet tea. The service was great and the restaurant was clean and friendly. It was all delicious! Must try!

Passed through from Asheville, NC on Wednesday this week with my sister and brother in law whom recently moved to CO. They raved over this place and insisted we stop. I absolutely love Moe’s and I hit it up every time I’m in town. They have the best barbecue and the atmosphere is great! Sitting here right now eating the best barbecue sandwich I’ve had, well, since the last time I came to Moe’s! Chillin’, listening to some Dead deep cuts and looking forward to the baked apple for dessert. Aww yeah!
