I’ve tried several items at Moe’s Bagels in Boulder, the Boulder Burrito, the Moe’s Burrito, the Bagels New Yorker, and a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and everything has been phenomenal. Really flavorful, well-made, and consistently satisfying.
The staff has also been incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to making suggestions. You can tell they actually care about the experience, not just getting orders out the door.
The atmosphere is very welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing something quick to go or sitting down to enjoy your food, it’s a great experience either way. Definitely a spot to keep coming back to.

Great place to get a morning breakfast burrito or bagel! This is one of the few places that has frozen coffee as ice cubes for their cold brew and for a great price! Definitely a boulder staple.

If I wanted a plain bagel I’d order a plain bagel. Bring back the old poppy seeds this is ridiculous. I go to Moe’s 3 days a week before work and have been for years and this new change to your poppy seeds order is horrible!! I’d like a refund on all of my bagels for the last two months. At $5.05 each this is ridiculous… where are the seeds? You barely touch the bagel and they fall off. By the time I unwrapped mine they are at the bottom of the bag. So disappointed. 1 star for the sad bagel, 5 stars for your employees, 3 stars for the quickly fading atmosphere.

This location has no business being open to the public, been here several times and the customer service is absolutely nowhere to be found, and that goes for all staff, I’ve talked to several people who just seem like their life is miserable and all they’re doing is serving bagels all day Which blows my mind. As far as the food, unfortunately, it’s not any better, thought I was just ordering the wrong thing, but have ordered several different things none of which I would ever order again, the turkey bacon is not bacon at all, it’s soft, soggy, and not what you’d expect when ordering turkey bacon on a bagel plus their bagels Are average at best. After today’s once again negative experience from the attitude of the staff to the average bagels, which by the way cost $20 for two bagel sandwiches, just not worth it. I won’t be coming back.

They forgot the lox on the lox bagel which ordinarily I don’t really care about mixed up orders but that’s a pretty substantial cost difference between “bagels with cream cheese” and “bagel with salmon and cream cheese”
