was really looking forward to trying MOD Pizza for the first time since a lot of my friends recommended it. I really liked the pricing and all the options they offer,that part is great. But honestly, it just didn’t work out for me. The biggest letdown was the garlic bread ,it had zero flavor. The pizza was okay and eatable, but I couldn’t really get much flavor from it either. Just didn’t live up to the hype for me.

My daughter and I came in after she left Reknown hospital, we ordered a pie each and customized them and had them cooked a bit longer to crisp them. And they were great !, how bad can they be when you put your “favorite ” causes and topping on!. Better than I expected and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Steven and especially sisters Alex and Jackie . Relatively inexpensive and the atmosphere is comfortable as well. At least give it a chance.. it truly is having it your way !

Normally a 5 star place. One of our favorite places to go. But whoever was the manager or at least bullying everyone around her like she thought she was the manager on 1/31 at 4:30, needs help. Ordered a pizza that normally has two cheeses but asked to just do a little extra of one cheese instead of two….nothing crazy. The staff there were happy and friendly and put an extra handful of cheese on.
This lady coming huffing out, doesnt do anything to help those around her, goes directly to my pizza on the counter and picks the extra cheese back off and throws it in the garbage. Super weird thing to do.
Generally rude and unhappy the rest of the exchange. Her team around her immediately dampened and drooped when she came out of the back room.

i came in with my family on christmas eve. a man served us at the start and was very rude and impatient with us, giving us attitude and whatnot when i told him he made our pizza wrong from one of the specialty pizzas. he completely ignored me then got very rude. there was a girl with piercings and a bandana who was very kind and respectful, she took her time with us and it was greatly appreciated.
the food was good, i enjoyed their mega thick crust. there was another man and another woman there and they were very nice with us.
overall, it was a very nice experience and i recomend going to mod if that guy isn’t there

I haven’t been to a MOD in a few years…they didn’t have the cauliflower crust last time. She recommended it over the other GF crust. Great choice! It was awesome.
