Honestly love how nice they are here to me! Me and my Girlfriend usually come here near closing time as that’s when we get off from work. Everytime we come in there always so nice and it’s nice having a place with dairy free products ESPECIALLY pizza as we both are lactose. I love the temperature in there especially how cold it gets is so nice , it really makes it nice just sitting in there and escaping the heat! The Service is even better, our recent experience really topped it off! We went about 2 nights ago before closing as we do feel bad because they are about to leave but they always give us a nice warm welcome In! As they are usually occupied I’m always more than happy to wait as long as needed because there always working so hard and I like having conversations with all of them! But they were so darn nice and very patient with our request as we both spoke gibberish for like a solid minute as we were just so tired and they were so patient and nice with us! And the young man who cooks and watches the pizza (blonde curly hair , very tall) cooks it so perfectly and makes it SO darn good! He always gives us extra sauce and always helps us with our order ! Love it ! There were 2 other young ladies ( 1 usually wears like a head band that’s colorful and another with glasses and some piercings) VERY nice to us and even gave us a free large drink! Can’t wait to come back in again!

The food was ok. Feeling like a fast food joint… not much atmosphere making me want to stay. Music / song at the time sang crude lyrics about making love… yuk music while eating anything. And PLEASE, why ask for a tip at pay station? I had to pick up my salad, pick up my pizza, pour my drink, and gather my utensils. There was no tip from me. Pay your employees instead beg for tip when there is no opportunity To Insure Promptness. It’s likely not a quick return.

I would give this location zero stars if it were an option. I had two pizzas on my order. One of my pizzas had hair baked in it. The other pizza was mixed up with the customer behind me. They forget a topping on theirs so the employee went to the brick oven to pull theirs out to add the missing topping and apparently added the topping to mine. They were different sizes so I am not sure how that happened. And when I brought it to the employees attention, she did not apologize and was upset that we both wanted our pizzas remade. I would not recommend this location unless you want hair in your food and your order to be wrong.

Have only had their pizza once a long time ago until last night. May be my new favorite place to eat. I had the barbecue pizza and added Canadian bacon and it was sooooo good. Had it at the Maricopa location because I was down visiting my daughter. But I’m hooked and will be ordering again soon. And can’t wait for the Surprise location to open.
