We had a great experience at MOD Pizza in Buckeye! Mathew took care of us and was super friendly, fast, and made sure everything was just right. He had a great attitude and made the whole visit feel welcoming. Our pizzas were fresh, delicious, and exactly how we ordered them. The food here is excellent but the attitudes of some of the staff ruin it. The tall employee in a the plaid shirt clearly hates his job or just hates people in general. I showed up just before their opening time at 10:30 and stayed in my car until about 10:35 before going to the door. It was still locked. I went back to my car but when I turned around I noticed the tall guy I mentioned earlier unlocked the door but gave me a a nasty look. I went inside and ordered and everything food wise was fine. When the tall guy went to get my pizza he quickly tossed it in a box and threw the box on the counter saying in a very disinterested voice “here you go” again giving me a nasty look like I inconvenienced him.
Also don’t get the bottled drinks on display, the expiration date on some of the sodas is almost a month past

I was disappointed with the service I received when ordering. When I asked for extra cheese and toppings, the staff seemed hesitant and I had to ask multiple times. I’m happy to pay extra for these additions, but it felt like a struggle to get them included in my order. I hope in the future, staff can be more accommodating.

Extremely cold! Imposible to eat there. Had to get the food to go. I told an employee and she just told me to wear a jacket ♀️ it’s 100 degrees outside, who carries a jacket just to eat pizza? The food is good but won’t be eating there.

I would give this location zero stars if it were an option. I had two pizzas on my order. One of my pizzas had hair baked in it. The other pizza was mixed up with the customer behind me. They forget a topping on theirs so the employee went to the brick oven to pull theirs out to add the missing topping and apparently added the topping to mine. They were different sizes so I am not sure how that happened. And when I brought it to the employees attention, she did not apologize and was upset that we both wanted our pizzas remade. I would not recommend this location unless you want hair in your food and your order to be wrong.
