I’ll just be really transparent, straight out the gate – I love pizza & I love Mod for a lotta reasons 1) it’s consistently great for the money & exceptional value 2) the staff is consistently awesome from location to location 3) the pizza is great!
This location is no exception to Mod’s overall experience. The woman that handled my online order was so friendly, so attentive to the oven and still very engaged with every customer that walked in the store while I waited. Our pizza was (as per usual) absolutely outstanding. For what they charge – you can’t buy a crappy run of the mill drive thru trash meal. And that speaks to me. I don’t eat traditional fast food – and when I do, my body reminds me for the rest of the day, into the next. Trash in – trash out. I feel horrible, my stomach is trashed, my energy levels suffer – need I say more? But on the rare occasion we get Mod – this isn’t the case. That says so much about the quality of their ingredients.
The TLDR: Mod is awesome, consistent and a great value served up by awesome people! This location is no exception

I don’t think I’ve ever had a more perfect custom pizza than today. From any location. LOL.
In all honesty, Marissa and Charlie took care of me today, BBQ Meat Lovers with Hot Honey Drizzle. I will be back for sure. Great food, great service. 10/10.
Pro Tip : Request to add the cheeses at the END. It really helps melt everything in and hold together, especially if you have a saucy pie!

If I could give 20 stars on service i would. Same goes for the food and for the atmosphere of the place. The place is always clean the workers are always in high spirits and make the pizza really well! The biggest thing for me is service. Me, my wife, and my 1 year old daughter went for lunch time yesterday 10/27. And we asked for a a quarter of my wife’s pizza be just cheese for our daughter. Well they went the extra mile and made little pieces for us to give to our daughter. I thought that was amazing and really good on them. The price is a little stiff for my taste, but nevertheless its delicious and me and my family will continue to dine at Mod Pizza in Shenandoah.

Absolutely love this mod and would willingly drive 160+ miles just to eat here even though there’s closer mods to where we live. Mitchell is hands-down, the best employee not just at this moment but probably within the entire company, He alone is worth visiting this specific store for. He’s Friendly and makes the best mug pizza I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back.

Good pizza, nice selection of toppings. The employees were nice but there were some problems with communication. My name was called when an order was up, but it wasn’t my order. They seemed confused and starting yelling out what was on the pizzas, my guess is they lost the paper with the name on it.
The guy who made our pizza was only there for a couple of weeks, so very slow, but again, nice. He forgot the salad initially we had ordered. Wish I wouldn’t have said anything- it was $8 for a small salad with tomatoes and cucumbers. And wasn’t impressed with the dressing.
I was happy with the pizza, as was everyone else. I’d prob go back, no salad tho.

MOD is a cool hipster place with really good and quick service. UNLIMITED toppings on a MOD pizza. The Gluten friendly crust is really really good and in my opinion better than the regular crust which is already delicious.
The Mini Cesar Salad is also exceptional and can add whatever you want to it also.
For about $22 you can get the Mini Salad and a gluten friendly MOD pizza and 2 drinks. Too me that’s a great deal for 2 people.
Hard for me to give out 5 stars but since I can not do a 4.5, I deemed the Shenandoah MOD worthy of 5 stars from me.

My wife recently stopped by and got us pizza for dinner. It was a treat for me as I am in rehab. I was looking forward to a good mod pizza, this was not it. Both the crusts on our pizza were visibly burned, but again we were taking us to go, so we didn’t notice it until she got here. Made the whole thing taste awful especially with the cauliflower crust.

MOD pizza at this location has really great pizza at a good price. Dine in, pick up, take out are all options. Friendly staff. Not oily or greasy like some other pizza stores. While my wife generally doesn’t eat pizza, she always enjoys to frequent this MOD pizza location.
