Didn’t like the customer service at all. That tall dude with the red cap was very rude and I feel like he shouldn’t be in the front making the pizza or doing the toppings.
He really showed us how he hates his job and how insulting he sounded towards the customers.
It was my friend, my husband and 3 kids with us. My friends first language isn’t English so I had to relay stuff to the person taking our order. Everytime I had to make my orders right he would turn on the side and would make a face of burden. He shoud find another job coz he clearly hates his job. He forgot that his job is to deal with customers. If the customers are too much I could understand but we were nothing but kind and patient.
The part which got me really irritated was when he made a comment about the anchovies that my friend would want to add on there. He was telling his workmates how much he hates it and was telling me I would never eat it. Like okay Sharuk you can eat whatever you want but please refrain from making rude comments when the paying customers are present! Ya’ll can talk after we leave of how much you hate your job and how much you hate anchovies!!!!
Anyways! My friend told me after that she would rather order online that physically coming back. We really loved the pizza but that guy needs to go work on dishes than being the front line of a business. He is not good for business at all! Customer service needs to improve and also maybe they can wear mouth mask while preparing the food coz they talk a lot in front of where the toppings are!

Great pizza place! Choose the size of pizza you want (and thin or thicker crust), customize it to your stomach’s desire, and it’ll be ready shortly. Love how quick it is. The pizza is always hot and delicious. I mean, if it’s not, then that’s on you, chef. Service is sometimes hit or miss, with some employees working REALLY slowly when there’s a long line up, but for the most part, they’re quick and attentive. Went to grab a pizza with my little guy today and the girls working were awesome. The no name cake is also a hit with my toddler. Overall, love this MOD location! Would definitely recommend!

One of the better pizzas in the area. They make them to order, add anything you want. Menu pizzas are also a good choice to try. Pizzas are made rather quickly and did not disappoint. The establishment has great searing indoor and out. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back for a carb fix soon. Bussin!

First off, the service. The very nice young woman that made our pizzas was excellent, she joked around, and was thorough. Second, the food. We had come here very hungry for a birthday dinner, and can tell you we were not disappointed. Our favorites were the Maddy and the MadDog. Very excellent. Vegetable pizzas were also very good. No complaints at all except the music was a tad bit loud. They also have some very good lemonades, believe they were made in house. Thank you so much to the employees of this location, so grateful you were working on Black Friday.

Went on a Monday afternoon. Not busy at all, nice and quiet. Food was great. I have allergies and my server, Alex, was very understanding and made sure to change his gloves and use new utensils and products. My pizza was great and tasty. I will be returning! Thank you for being a very allergy friendly restaurant!

I had ordered build your own Mod pizza and the taste and flavors were great. There is no extra toppings charge like in other pizza chains which was simply awesome as i got to add so many toppings. If you love toppings more than the crust this is a place for you. I took thin Crust pizza. With garlic butter on top of all toppings, took pizza to another level. And i made it spicy by adding lots of peppers- do the same if you like spicy. I also ordered garlic strips but unfortunately didn’t like it as they were thin crust and with no toppings so basically they are like garlic briskets.
