Went here for the first time today and it was great! I had my two toddlers with me and it got pretty busy in there, but I never felt rushed by the team and was very well taken care of. The pizza was great. The salad was fresh. Great experience we will be back! Dani is the best!!

Well this was my first time at MOD Pizza, this place was very dirty out of tea and I asked if they would make new ones “ they did “ about 20m later. The staff was not very helpful. Once we put together the pizza they got my wife’s pizza wrong and had to redo it and wait again. The floor was very dirty. We did not have a good experience. I told the gentleman on the other side he said he just got there , totally not acknowledging the issues. Pizza was not that good.

We came in for lunch, the place gets packed and it’s like a subway but for pizza, you basically pick the toppings you want to put on the dough and then they make it for you. We ordered to pizzas and a salad.
My pizza was with artichokes and cheese no red sauce they put a white sauce on after it’s done baking. I thought it was pretty good, I don’t care for red sauce it just doesn’t agree with my stomach. My husband got like a margarita pizza with red sauce and tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese and then at the end he added a pesto sauce it was pretty good, I think if he did it with a white sauce it would have been much better.
The Greek salad I got wasn’t as fresh lots of bad lettuce and I had to pick the bad pieces all out the toppings they add on the salad were fine it’s just the salad part was bad, so I wouldn’t get another salad here, but we would be back for the thin crust pizza.
There were like four guys working, but the line was still really long, one guy has to watch the pizzas the other guys are helping customers and they are trying to hurry but with people picking their toppings it can only go so fast.
They were trying though, good job guys.

I’ve lived in Woodbridge for 8 years and have been coming here since it opened. Today was the worst experience ever. The older gentleman at the register was completely RUDE when I asked for the code to the restroom and the facility was filthy. The drink station was extremely dirty. Spilled drinks everywhere lidd everywhere. It looked like nothing had been cleaned at all. Again the gentleman at the desk has HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE. I think he is a supervisor or manager.

Editing my review after a year. Place is pretty dirty and the toppings taste old. Pizza dough tasted stale as well. Wasn’t too bad of a spot the first time I came but it’s definitely gone downhill.

Solid spot for a quick lunch! Pizza was mildly undercooked, but overall you can taste the quality of the meat and veggies. Owner is a nice guy and does his best to take care of the customer. Social distancing rules are being adhered too.

Firstly, I’d like to preface by saying I am a long time MOD customer. I have loved their service for years. That said, as of late I have received some less than optimal product from this specific establishment. My most recent experience was so poor that I am forced to leave a review.
I ordered a gluten free crust pizza as I always do, and added two different types of cheese. As you can see in the photo, there was practically no cheese on it. Furthermore, the pizza was terribly overdone. The edges of the crust were so hard that I was unable to eat them. You can imagine my disappointment upon arriving home and opening the box to such a sight.
All of this is not to discourage future customers, but to encourage this MOD to put that extra care into their customers’ products, as they usually do. I love the pizza, so I will be returning. But if I receive another product like this, I will have to take my business elsewhere.
