This was the worst food I ever bought.I paid 55 dollars and 10 minutes after I got home all the chicken was in the trash!It was so greasy that it was inedible!The mash potatoes and coleslaw were good.So I paid 55 bucks for a mash potatoes and coleslaw. Never again will I go to this KFC.

I came to pick up my order, which was already ready. I’m waiting there. The cashier is constantly taking orders. She’s writing down the orders of those who came after me. She doesn’t ask me why I came or what my order is. Then I call out to the girl there, and she answers me. For example, I say, “Give me this order.” “It’s not ready yet.” I show her that it’s ready, but the employee doesn’t even know what’s ready.

Customer service is horrible!!! They give me my 2 drinks with the soda dripping all over the cup so I ask the woman for a napkin she gives me one napkin to wipe the soda off the first cup as she sees me cleaning the cup you think she would have the decency to clean the second cup before handing it to me nope that one has soda all over it also. After realizing my 3 meals I ordered only came with 1 biscuit I ask can I buy 2 more biscuits please. I was told I have to drive back around because there’s a timer I look behind me and there’s no other cars at the drive thru. I ask for the manager he tells me the same thing I have to drive around. What happened to customer service anymore? The Manager Christian had a terrible attitude laughing at me holding his pin with his name on it saying you want to take a picture of it? So I did. So hopefully the regional Manager or someone in Corporate sees this post and can teach this kid what customer service means!!!

It would be nice if they would give you napkins And a spoon / fork for your drive-thru customers as well as a straw for the drink, by the time I got back to work I had to get creative with whatever I had left over from previous takeouts

I will start by saying it is so beyond frustrating when you go into a business and the employees hardly
speak English. The dining area has been nicely refurbished and was clean. We were there late, so they needed to make the chicken my husband ordered fresh. No big deal, she said it would take about 13 minutes. We sat and waited. Our food was brought to the table. I opened the bowl, which was so small that it looked like a child’s portion. It was the stuffed potato bowl. I brought it up to the counter and explained I ordered the Mac & Cheese bowl. She took the bowl, put the lid back on, and put it back in the warmer for the next customer!!!!! I was in shock. She made my bowl fresh, but again, a child’s portion, and didn’t even take the time to melt the cheese on top. These bowls used to be much larger. In the future, we will make sure we order food at the counter to watch what we are being served.

Manager have a very nasty attitude, especially when answering questions. Do not recommend this place for anybody. Also, the food is not the best and they always messed the order up.

This place is not busy for a reason! Employees not attentive, no greetings, no response sometimes lol. I hope this place don’t end up like Pizza Hut next block over. When you go to pop eyes chicken that place is always busy and it’s 3 blocks away. What happen to this place?

They’re all different. Some way better than others. Not sure if its just a matter of what day or crew you get or if its the place in general that sets one apart from the other. Also, you definitely can’t go by first impressions. I’ve surprised by the outside area looking like iffy and be extremely pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service on the inside.
