I really wanted to love this place since it’s right around the corner from me, but unfortunately, first impressions are everything.
The Good:
Ordering: The process was seamless and very user-friendly.
Delivery: Super fast! The food arrived hot and well-packaged.
Chicken Parm: The chicken itself was actually quite good—well-cooked and flavorful.
The Not-so-Good:
The Sauce: This was the biggest dealbreaker. The marinara was incredibly sweet—almost to the point of tasting like BBQ sauce. It completely overpowered the dish.
The Pasta: It was significantly overcooked and had a mushy texture, which made it hard to finish.
I love supporting local businesses, but for the price, the execution of the actual pasta and sauce just wasn’t there. I’m disappointed I can’t add this to my weekly rotation.
Ours was Togo. Placed it through the app which was VERY USER Friendly.
The reason we are here, THE FOOD… ✨Authentic tasting! Fresh ingredients! Very flavorful! 2 of us had the BYO pasta bowl. Which offer lots of different pastas and sauces, just WOW After reviewing so many options my two plane Jane’s decided on:
1. Chicken Alfredo penne
2. Bacon Alfredo spaghetti
both with a perfectly baked garlic knot and both reported back how great it was another (me) had the baked ziti with Xtra sauce and my oh my wow the flavors!! The red sauce was VERY sweet! I was blown away by the flavors.
The prices as well, totally reasonable! Such a delight to have this spot in town to have as our new go to for our weekend dinner dates.
Thank you Mister Pasta!
We ordered 2x create your own pasta bowls, a cheese ravioli, and 3 cannolis. For the create your own bowls, we ordered different sauces in each. Alfredo and Diavola. We thought that both sauces were very watery. The shrimp is also a tad small for the pasta and they get lost in the bowl. Other than those 2 callouts, the rest of the food was great as were the cannolis.
On to the service: The cashier was phenomenal! The name on the receipt was Taylor. She was outstanding in helping us navigate the menu and was just overall pleasant to order from. We tried to interact with the rest of the team but they seemed cold, and a little standoffish which seemed weird because the store wasn’t crazy busy while we were there. I tried interacting with Harvey, asking when the store opened but he gave me a 2 word answer and seemed focused on what was going on behind the line.
I know that this is a new business and it will take time for the team to feel comfortable enough to engage at a high level with customers, but in my experience, those personal relationships are what lead people to come back to small businesses.
Thankfully, they have Taylor and we’d come back a second time based on the experience she provided.

I was hopeful for this new spot however the food did not impress me. The overall quality and taste very much gave me a Fazoli’s type feel. The garlic roll was not good and the inside was really cold unfortunately. The chicken itself was a touch chewy. I will say the cheese was pretty good and the sauce was nice. The noodles were a touch over but that really wasn’t a big deal. The dish wasn’t bad by any means but just lacked flavor for me. I will probably plan a revisit a few months down the road and try something different.
We ordered limoncello cake for dessert, I love lemon everything, but this was like eating lemon pledge. It was not good.
I really, really wanted to love this place because I’ve been following them until their opening date.
Not sure we have any desire to return.
