Okay 5 star for fast food! I always love a good BK charbroiled burger. Tastes Good to me! The double whopper! Yum! The good was fresh and burgers hot! Fries were fresh and well seasoned. The establishment was clean! Tidy! Staff was nice and polite!

I ordered the food at the self help kiosk and it was having issues processing payments. While we waited to be called, a guy eventually pointed at us and said, “Are you waiting for something…” I know it’s a fast food place but the way he asked it was like it bothered him we were standing waiting.

Quite literally the most disappointing Burger King experience I can recall. Took the chance on revisiting Burger King after months of avoiding and I fully regret my choices.
– Ordered with Jr Whopper patties out of stock
– Waited for over half an hour with only 2 other families dining in
– After asking for an order update we were told that the kitchen “couldn’t find the sauce and caramelized onions” so they ‘offered’ to put another sauce on instead
– Received our food 10 mins later with unsalted fries, incomplete and cold burgers, plus impatient attitudes from the employees
– Finally, made this review while regretting my life choices

Worst burger king in the US. They are in remote location so the price is one of the highest. They served all burgers without lettuce, didn’t properly train the workers, and no chicken available. Why bother keeping it open? Poor logistics and management.

Pretty nice Burger King to go to. The food and snacks tasted good as expected. However, there was this one time in which I got 4 fountain drinks (2 Cokes and 2 Sprites), and the 2 Cokes did not have any flavor in them whatsoever. But that was a one time thingy that occurred months before I posted this rating, and I’m pretty sure that was something the staff forgot to fix. Since then, my subsequent visits to this restaurant have been decently good. In short words, this Burger King is a decent fast food place to order from.

Location overall was well kept, felt fresh/renovated with clean bathrooms. Only hand dryers and no paper towels though. Service was excellent. Food was as expected (a good thing) with proper tastes and temperatures of food. Staff was friendly and helpful during ordering and informed of specials and values which is appreciated.

I sympathize with the modern workers, however when i order 3 meals, and you mess up all 3, all in different ways, that compels me to inform the rest of Soledad that this Burger king and its employees is TRASH. I ordered plain burgers for my kids and didnt get that, i ordered chicken fries and they gave me cold chicken nuggets. With the rate of inflation, let alone wasted time i can say this gives me trauma. Dont go if you can help it

One of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve ever had. 15 minutes waiting behind one singular vehicle to take their order, and when I finally got my food, I was missing an item, and fries were unsalted. They’re also constantly out of certain foods.

It was your normal Burger King, but the loo y was dirty. The restroom had toilet paper on the floor. And more than half of the tables had crumbs covering them. We were the only patrons, btw. 3:50 in the afternoon.
