We tried the CH one a week ago and I never, ever encountered such a thorough, friendly staff at a fast casual restaurant like that.

I stopped in after making a drop at a nearby shop and was impressed right away. The team offered excellent service, explaining the menu and sharing their suggestions with real enthusiasm. The meal tasted wonderfully home made and completely hit the spot. I will definitely return!

Everyone there on staff is so sweet and so kind and it’s all so genuine! You can tell they love what they do.
Kayla the cashier was very kind and ready to help explain the menu and any questions we had about it.
Rebeca (literally the sweetest of sweethearts) was circling tables and checking on everyone, helping clear their table for them, and coming around with so many different free samples.
It was our first time there and they gifted us with a free dessert and two sandwich coupons.
10 out of five stars ⭐️ loved it and can’t wait to return!

If I could Id give this place a 6 mainly because of the friendliness and helpful staff I would. Food was not only great it was American!!
Jokes aside they did go above and beyond given it was my first time here they gave us two free strawberry shortcakes and guided us around. I hope that continues because customer service like that is quite hard to come by today keep it up!

My experience at this establishment was exceptional from start to finish. Upon approaching the counter, we were met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and Sean, who took my order, was extremely helpful in guiding us through the menu, as it was our first visit. Having never tried the brisket before, they kindly offered us samples of both moist and dry brisket. I found the moist brisket to be particularly enjoyable. The manager’s exceptional hospitality has ensured that I will likely return.

This was one of the best experiences! Super surprised at the level of service we all received. This establishment certainly raised the bar in an unexpected way. Everyone was so inviting, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Even with my dog, they made sure he was comfortable. It was just supposed to be a quick stop after a long hike but they made me feel like I had reservations. I normally don’t go this hard for a chain but they deserve this review, no BS. This location exemplifies what should be standard, seriously!

I can not place enough praise on this Mission BBQ. You instantly feel the love and appreciation when you walk into this establishment. JoJo and her team took care of me and my family. As a veteran, its truly moving to walk in and feel that kind of love. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is always relaxing , and the staff are unparalleled.
They even gave my pup a sample!

I cant shout out JoJo and her team enough. She is always on top of all high profile incidents in the surrounding counties and is there to help support first responders. She is amazing at her job and shows how much she cares about our community!

Had a really nice lunch here today with my children. Such a chill atmosphere. The customer service was incredible! The staff was so friendly to me and complimented me on my children, and gifted us with some cookies for the kids. I’m already thinking about coming back tomorrow for lunch! I had the pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and sweet potato pie.
