This was our first time here and it was great. The establishment was quite clean. The only thing that they may need more of are seating inside.
When we came there was a decent line with a packed house. We were worried that we wouldn’t find seats but thankfully there were a couple open seats after families cleared out.
The food was delish, actually all of it. Very rarely do we find BBQ restaurants that have both delicious sides and meat but they did! The brisket was so tender and juicy with the nice little fat pockets and the seasoning and smoke flavor of the meat was not over powering. The ribs were also good and tender, not all the way fall off the bone but when you take a bite the meat comes off the bone clean. They weren’t as sticky as the name says but not sure if it is intended to be literal. The Mac n cheese was smooth and cheesy. The potato salad was surprisingly good, on the mayo side like I like and not mustardy. The baked beans were great, the flavor and added meat made it even more enjoyable. The sauces individually were okay but we thought it was a little better when we mixed them together.

It was ok 3.5 stars. I had a two meat plate with 2 sides for $16. I had the brisket and ribs with Mac and cheese and chips. The brisket was fall apart tender that would have been better in a sandwich than trying to eat it with a fork. The ribs were cooked perfectly, tender without falling off the bone. In general I feel that the meat could have been seasoned better. While I wasn’t overly impressed with either the Mac and cheese or brisket individually, they went very well together. The atmosphere was a very nice backyard BBQ feeling outside where we sat with the smell of the giant smokers occasionally blowing our way. In general, I wouldn’t turn it down but I wouldn’t go out of the way to eat there.

Picked up a two meat plate for lunch and it did not disappoint. Brisket was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Jalapeño cheese sausage had perfect bite.

Best BBQ in Texas ! Everything is so good. This is my favorite restaurant in Texas. Friendly and courteous staff!! They take the customer experience serious and really care ! The Texan is always made with generous portions ! And try the Texas twinkies !!

Are used to run routes from Dallas where I had 150-mi radius which basically I tried several barbecue locations from decent looking places like this one to some where people would question to stop at that location. since this one my first time I decided to try the four meat sampler and the loaded potato. Overall it was a decent meal and delicious as expected. Like all barbecue places it is pricey but nothing new or unexpected.

The service and speed of the order was fantastic! However my main “complaint” is the food. I tried the sliced brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and ribs. The BBQ in all lacked that smoky flavor I’ve come accustomed to tasting. The brisket was a mixed of lean and fatty cuts. Overall it was too fatty and lacked some flavor. The pulled pork was drier and needed some of their sauce to make up for it. The sausage was good just wasn’t doing it for me. The ribs were and fall off the done but again lacked that smoky flavor. Overall not bad but not the best.

We had a nice drive up to Stiky Ribz BBQ today and I was super impressed with everything we ate. My husband loves to try all the latest Texas BBQ joints looking for the BEST. We had the brisket, sausage and ribz in addition to 4 sides: Mac n Cheese, Baked Beans, Potato Salad and Coleslaw. They were all delicious. I’ve never been in a BBQ joint we’re I liked ALL the sides. The ribz were meaty and tender with a nice smoke flavor, the sausage had a great texture, tight casing and the same nice smoke flavor. If you haven’t tried Stiky Ribz BBQ in Forney, you owe it to yourself to go check it out. Competes with all the local Big Boyz if you ask me. I’ll be going back when I can enjoy the lovely outside seating area. Well Done Stiky Ribz!!

Grabbed the 2 meat plate to go this afternoon and it did not disappoint. The serving size was perfect. Brisket was moist and the smoke flavoring was not overbearing. Online ordering was simple and the order was ready just before the time I was told to be there.

This place is a must to visit and eat. We were visiting from Cali and just happened it was during the crazy cold storm, so it was very cold and we ate inside. But it looks like they have things set up for a band outside with good amount of seating. Food was very good and definitely hit the spot! The brisket just fell apart trying to pick it up with a fork…SOO GOOD! Same thing for the ribs, came off the bone with ease. They follow covid protocol, gotta have a mask but you can take off once at your table. Don’t forget to bring a dollar bill to have stapled to ceiling…Hopefully next time we come, the ceiling is completely covered with dollar bills! Good luck Stiky Ribz, we definitely enjoyed!

Terrible experience. We got the brisket family pack and asked for chopped brisket. We got home and it was sliced brisket and there was no bread. They were almost sold out when we got there but that’s no excuse for slacking off. For $40 you would think they would at least get your order right and that you wouldn’t have to ask for sauce and pickles. Will NEVER be going back here.
