Legit wasted $16 on a whopper meal. Halfway through eating the whopper I see a short black hair sticking out from between the bun and the patty, im absolutely repulsed. I normally dont leave bad reviews but man im disgusted right now

It’s my favorite bk in Michigan. No complaints. Friendly staff. Sometimes there’s a wait but only if it’s really busy, and that’s what I’d expect. Some hard working people here.

Do NOT waste your $$ in this garbage. Their breakfast sandwich was cold and greasy and hashbrowns soaked in burnt fryer grease.

The line is always slow but the food is good. It’s a more quality fast food burger than you would find most other places. The shakes are super thick and yummy.

Matthew sucked. He didn’t know what he was doing. We ordered buy one get one free original chicken sandwich off the app and he somehow turned our code into meal for 2 on the charge. Need smarter employees. Stop hiring from mocha and other programs as such.

Went to the restaurant drive thru. Waited 10.minutes to order. Paid for our food and waited another 10 minutes asked to pull forward as our food was not quite ready. We pulled forward for 20 minutes called the restaurant and they said our food was done and that it would be out shortly and then waited another 20.minutes to be told we needed to move forward again as people who were behind us were getting food and they still didn’t bring us our food needed to get out of the drive thru. We let them we are done waiting and will not be moving unless we get our food or our money back as this was crazy. We ordered 1 burger combo that is it. We were told by th
e punk kid we will not be getting nothing with that kind of attitude and so we could leave. We mentioned to him either we get food, our money, or we would call the police for stealing our money. We waited another 15 minutes for another employee to throw 15 dollars at us and tell us to get out of the line and quit bothering them.

If you go here after 12AM they will punish you for making them do their job within 2 hours of them getting off work. Your food will be as nasty as they can legally (hopefully) make it.

Ordered a combo meal with coupon. Attempted to substitute regular fries for cheese fries and chicken fries. It seemed like she was pushing regular fries instead. So I said just give me the fries and call it good. When I asked why so much, about 4.00 more than I anticipated. She looked away like she knew she’d been caught. After telling her I wanted half to go and half dine in. She put everything on a tray so I asked for a bag so I could take half of it home.
