I consider myself a Chipotle expert of chicken bowls in flavor. My bowl was more bland here than I have had in a while. I put all the same ingredients in that I usually do. Seemed to lack in salty flavor. Otherwise it was a good area to chill and eat. Great service

Gave us the smallest burrito bowls I have ever had from a chipotle. 4 tiny pieces of chicken. Almost no rice and lettuce. Gauc was a hard piece of avocado. Have an intact onion with root. Cashier couldn’t be bothered to help us with the online order. They are skimping on food and should be reported to corporate, not the first time they’ve done this.

I got a burrito bowl, which had grains of hard, uncooked rice in it that I nearly broke a tooth on. The “salsa” was super spicy, to the point that you could not taste anything else. The cashier was friendly enough, but the worker who made my food basically seemed to have no interest in food service, just glopping ingredients into a bowl haphazardly, like it was a hospital cafeteria. I don’t need small talk, but it seemed like she was impatient when I was deciding on options, then she just tossed the food on the counter and walked away without a word. It was kinda weird. The place was a mess too. I’m not sure why I went there, but I would not recommend it.

It was okay. They were out of soft tacos (???) So we had to have hard shells. The meat was kinda dry. The place was kinda dirty to be honest- looked like it needed a really good deep clean. The staff were very pleasant though, and helpful.

I go here every couple of months, and every time, I’m wildly disappointed. It’s easily one of the worst Chipotles I’ve ever been to. And I’ve worked for Chipotle before! They regularly underserve proteins – I got half a normal serving of barbacoa today and still got charged $13 for it. Not the first time this has happened either. No one who has worked here in the past year and a half can roll a burrito to save their life. Expect all the contents to pour into your lap by the end. It’s just a garbage experience. Skip this place, for the love of god.

Yet again I order with the app and the order is wrong, The receipt is correct but the content of the bag is short one or two items. This has happened to me twice at this location. Make sure to open your take out bag before you leave the store.

Workers are always rude as if they do not want to be there. Portion sizes are tiny, and the last 3 times we’ve gone, they’ve been out of something, ex. White rice twice, corn salsa and steak. They don’t even offer to have you wait for more to be made.
