Located in the heart of downtown Stockton, Misaki Sushi and Bar was the first sushi restaurant to open successfully in the downtown area and is the anchor restaurant for the Regal Stockton City Centre Stadium 16 IMAX Theater. Went here for the first time in august for a double date. Turned right back around and took my kiddo. The food is amazing. The service is amazing. The drinks are delicious! I cannot wait to go back. I live an hour away and will make the drive every time. Highly recommend

Do not waste your time at this restaurant. Service is absolutely horrible. Took 15 minutes before the server even asked what we wanted to drink. Then walked passed us repeatedly throughout the night. Had to flag him down everytime we need a drink. Food was gross. The Tuna sushi was slimy and very fishy tasting. Which anyone that knows sushi knows that is a no-no. The Rolls were gross also. Would NOT recommend at all.

I know you had an event happening but wow I’ve never had such terrible service. I got a seat at rhe sushi bar and pretty much nothing else. I asked 3 different people for water. The bearded sushi roller made a good roll but it was hard to eat with no chopsticks. No napkins. No plates or dipping dish. Girl never came back. I wanted a cocktail it was happy hour, Would have gotten a beer too. People on both sides were taken care of but I was ghosted for some reason. She even bumped my arms taking their plates and didnt ask if I needed anything or even make eye contact to ask for something. I would have eaten at least 3 rolls but left after one. This is why you dont share tips. Make sure the bearded guy gets his.

It was our first time here last night. we went for our 33 year anniversary and were served by a young lady. Her name was Blossom. She was amazing she requested the best sushi rolls and dinner plates. Also, the drinks that were available. She was quick our food was fresh and hot and made our first time unforgettable. We will surely be back and we will bring our freinds.

Absolutely delicious food every time we get food. Out of these items ordered they are all pretty unique in flavor, the Dynamite Roll is especially flavorful, we have ordered it 2 times in a row! Another favoite is the VIP roll it is a fusion that may sounds strange, but I encourage you to try it as the flavors of bacon and salmon come together and make a it wonderful!

The sushi was just ok, the service was not spectacular. It was place seem a little dingy. The soy sauce containers were sticky and the cooler where the fish is held was dirty on the side you face. It just does not inspire confidence that you are getting fresh sushi. The place had four plus stars. Not sure how or maybe this is just what people expect in Stocktonseat

This place never disappoints. Always great service, fresh food and great bar drinks. For appetizers we ordered the Hos Bee Chicken wings and Gyoza. For rolls we had the flaming Scallops, spicy crunchy Scallops and crunch Monkey rolls. All great but my all time favorite from here is the Pepperfin. Parking tips: If you park in the parking garage they will validate your ticket. Plenty of handicap parking on the street. Enjoy!

My colleagues and I met here to celebrate our manager’s birthday. The server attitude was very rude and unpleasant. She would interrupt conversations to clear the table due to closing soon. My manger a the King Kong Roll and I tasted it, I don’t eat sushi but it was delicious. So I decided to order a to-go order. So I asked our server that I wanted to order and she said , I have already totaled your bill you need to order it at the counter. Even though I had not paid my bill yet.
She gave us our tickets, and mixed up my tab with one of my coworkers. Due to us all ordering the bento boxes the total was the same. I signed her bill and put her card away in my wallet. We she signed and looked at her card she turned it over and noticed it was mine. We both bank with the same bank so the cards were the same. We informed her of the mistake and she scribbled out my signature on the bill and had me sign on my correct bill and my colleague as well. She said it didn’t matter that she scratched out my signature. WTH is going on ma’am. She didn’t even apologize. Just all around rude. I will eat there again but if they still have the same server I will definitely leave.

Waited forever to get seated & finally when seated server took others order first who had gotten seated after us seemed like she knew them. The other people who she sat after us got their food served first & we hadn’t gotten our ordering yet. She took forever to take our order & bring us water. She had to serve her friends first. Told the manager & he didn’t care. Really bad service. Food is expensive & got charged 18% gratuity. Do not recommend

I recently visited Misaki Sushi & Bar and ordered two rolls: a Dragon Roll and a second roll with spicy tuna, crab, and shrimp tempura. The flavors were delicious, and the sauces were tasty, though a bit on the indulgent side. However, I was disappointed with the portion of fish. On the Dragon Roll, there was minimal fish on top, and the second roll had very little shrimp inside. At $40 for two rolls and miso soup, I expected more seafood in each bite. While the flavors and presentation were otherwise excellent, increasing the fish portions would make these rolls absolutely perfect and worth the price.
