so when I was there at the Burger King on military rd Niagara falls last night I asked for fresh fries (considering the ones in the warmer were old) and the girl said yes and then proceeded to give me the old ones and said they were fresh, when I said they weren’t fresh once again she’s said they were ( with the manager right next to her not saying anything mind you) then when she thought I left she says ” he asked for fresh fries and I gave him the old ones, if your going to ask for fresh fries know the difference” so I said I do but you lied to my face. Then she put her head down have me my fries and apologized. horrible service

It was nice they remodeled but now having to use a kiosk to order is cumbersome and if you want to pay cash, you need to wait for someone to show up at the counter. As for the food…same old barely warmed whopper and new sandwiches are just thrown together so ingredients are lumped on one side or the other. We won’t be going back.

Come across the border for the day and on our way back decided to stop and grab a quick bite as we hadn’t eaten all day.

The restaurant was relatively quiet with only two other guests enjoying their meal and one person waiting in line. We went ahead and used the washrooms and came back to order.

Only one self serving machine seemed to be in working but a cashier took my order a couple mins later.
During this time, more and more customers are starting to arrive. And the waiting game ensued.

One gentleman waited 10 for a single small burger. The gentleman waiting before me was still waiting 20 mins later.
People came and left after seeing the small crowd waiting ✋

The young man bringing the food to the front had a most unpleasant look on his face as if he didn’t even want to be there. And moved about the speed of molasses on a good day.

The problem…..THE DRIVE THRU!!!!

All attention was focused solely on drive thru orders while the front of house orders were aptly ignored and or delayed to accommodate customers going through.

This is just unacceptable and completely ridiculous to have people standing around 20 to 30 mins on their orders while the entire staff dedicates themselves to servicing one area of the store.

If this is the case then simply operate as a drive thru location only.

The store in itself was clean, the atmosphere was fine prior to the long and unnecessary line up.

Management needs to figure out how to balance servicing two areas and having designated staff at both. You cannot have people standing around in excess of 20 mins just because Tom, Dick and Harry decided to drive through instead of coming inside.

Finally got my food 30 mins later. After I came across the border, I realized I paid over $20 for a Whopper combo with cheese/bacon. A heck of a lot more than we pay here in Canada

My rating would have been lower for my overall experience except I know the staff doesn’t dictate their stations, their manager does and as a result despite the pleasant young lady who served us and went about bustling to refill the drink station, wipe down tables etc. Having a throng of irritated customers standing around being ignored is a zero out of 10.

Please do better.

I kept seeing the commercial for Burger King melts so I had to try one. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss melt and it was a huge disappointment. There were only 3 people in the restaurant but there was a lot of chaos and confusion. It took about 20 minutes to receive my order. It was cold, the hamburger patties didn’t line up with the bun, the cheese was not melted so no “melt” and there were about 6 pathetic pieces of small mushrooms. The pictures look so good in the commercial but the real deal is super underwhelming.

Remodeling has apparently been a wasted effort on this location. No one cares how pretty the store is when staff has people waiting for thirty minutes in a drive thru when they don’t have a line inside. I also took a quick glance in the window when I left and they were staffed just fine. The person that was supposed to take my order SNAPPED at me when I asked if I could place my order after my “short wait” of thirty five minutes.

Customer service offered me a $5 coupon to make it right. No thanks. Sadly they will survive and thrive because it’s Niagara Falls and no one knows any better but I will be certain to let the tourists know that this is trash and make better recommendations for them. Such as the Wendy’s next door that had me GONE in 90 seconds from the time I placed my order.

Ordered breakfast to go. Service and atmosphere were fine, but the food was quite salty. Eating overly salty food in the morning doesn’t feel very healthy. Hope this can be improved.

I will be filing a formal complaint with Restaurant Brands International Regarding this particularly restaurant. I have repeatedly (and I mean repeatedly) protested as to why the Drive-Thru cashier have to physically take a customer’s credit card (having it out of sight to make payment). We are in 2025, NOBODY, and I mean NOBODY, does that anymore (except BK). With all the fraud and CC nonsense, most (if not all) drive-thru windows have stationed their point of sale machines on extendable rods so that it goes right up to the customer (in their cars), but NO NO NO, not BK. Well, today, Jessica kept my credit card and I only noticed it when I crossed back the border into Canada and of course I could not have gone back for it. Her response was “I’m busy managing a store etc etc” – not my problem if you ask me. If you find a non pre-historic system to allow people to pay WITHOUT having to touch their CC’s to begin with, this will not be a problem – it needs to STOP, NOW!!!!!

I come to this place alot, every time I been here, the service has been outstanding. Especially since I am in a wheelchair. I like it that get treated equally, and not pitty that lot places do,
Notice even when they are busy, they are not slow.
Today was waited on by employee Stephanie. Very helpful, also notice my being deaf, which accompanying with heads up.
Place is away clean, employees always polite and friendly.
