Went here a couple days ago. The Food was ok. I got the burger and fries. The fries were pretty good actually. Only complaint at this location was the customer service. Definitely didn’t welcoming there. But besides that it was ok.

It was our first time trying Fuddruckers & it was great! Kenny was super nice & was working really hard to take orders, get all orders out, & get all tables busted all by himself! There was a bit of a wait on our food, but everything was fresh & really good! The milkshakes were just the right thickness! The restaurant was clean & cool!

So i have been to different Fuddruckers many times. This one being part of a casino makes it not quite the same as a big restaurant one. The side cart is limited and the meat wasn’t cooked quite as perfect as the big restaurant one but it was still delicious and the staff went above and beyond. The atmosphere is still great and all the fun signage is still there. If this fudds is nearby to you i still definitely recommend you stop by for a burger and fries!

Honestly, the food is good. They cook the meat patties really well and onion rings were good. I only have one complaint and that is the costumer service at the register… The girl at the register looked like she was on something! And there was only one guy making the food in the back. But I give him props, the food was tasty.

I had the bourbon blue burger. It was delicious. Everything was extremely fresh, even the lettuce and other toppings they have laid out. You put those on your burger yourself. This is a great burger and frie joint.

The burgers here are great I got a medium. I think this location is understaffed. Not sure if you can order ahead of time but I would highly recommend ordering ahead of time. The staff that were present were really nice & helpful. I like that you can put your toppings yourself at the topping bar. I like a lot of pickles . The potato wedges were seasoned great. I will be back to try out the more healthier options.

We haven’t been to Fuddruckers in about a year we didn’t have a good experience last time everything was salty and took the older gentlemen forever to take our order. On 6/9 we decided to try it again we ordered 2 medium hamburgers with fries and 1 veggie burger. It was burnt literally to black we talked to the manager and they decided to remake our order still came out the same way overcooked and burnt to black. The fries were unseasoned tasted bland. The patty seems to be thinner. The location on E Lincoln Way nearby Legends was so much better unfortunately closed down in 2020. Not sure if corporate is checking on this place but a lot of the employees have long hair/beards aren’t trimmed, covered, or tied up.

I used to love coming to this location, but I haven’t been in a few years. Apparently, the older gentleman and the lady cook have been here awhile from reading the other reviews, and their service hasn’t improved.
First, they were out of milk for shakes. I remember when working in the service industry years ago that a manager would go to the store and buy necessary items that were out until the truck came. Those days apparently are long gone. So, I couldn’t get a shake and was very annoyed about it because the prices have gone up so it doesn’t seem as worth it.
I ordered a large burger cooked medium with fries. It took an inordinate amount of time to cook the food and get served. When I received it, the patties were much thinner than before and very tough and overcooked. Clearly, the cook only knows how to cook to one setting: burnt.
I’ll never come here again until management improves & fires or re-trains their employees. $17 for a burned hamburger and over-seasoned fries and weak tea is not my idea of a good value.

First time eating here. Bison burger was extremely good. The staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was very clean and the toppings bar was very well kept. 10/10 and will definitely be coming back.
