My vision was to open a restaurant that was inviting, clean, fun with a great menu that serves quality food along with great friendly service. It is so much fun watching families and friends eating together and creating memories right here at Minuteman Diner in Bedford, Mass. We host all kinds of events; sports tournaments, celebrations of all kinds; birthday milestones, work meetings, the military breakfast and lunches, school vacations and family holiday gatherings. Ordered a breakfast sandwich. They didn’t have any non pork meats so the waitress offered a slice of chicken on it. Very yummy sandwich, never had anything like it. The chicken was very well cooked and juicy, would come back and order a chicken dish for sure.

Had been meaning to get in to check it out for a while. Finally got there this morning and really enjoyed the breakfast experience. Good service. Omelette and home fries were delicious. Decent pricing (30$ for 2 people with drinks). Clean/friendly vibe. I’ll be back!

There are not many dinners in Massachusetts anymore. So I was really excited to try this place. Very busy. There was a wait, but it was worth it. Sat at the counter, and the service was good. I had the Irish Benedict. Home-made cornbeef hash was excellent. The home fries were heavenly. Prices were not that bad. Even though I don’t drink, I was impressed with the adult drink menu. I’m looking forward to going back soon.

We went there today a friend and myself the food was adequate and we weren’t even there for just about an hour and that waitress who was not my waitress came over and told us to leave because somebody else needs a table and we were there too long. Mind you we were finishing coffee and orange juice and there was nobody else there. I will never go back. On top of that my scrambled eggs were brown and hash browns burnt and dry. The woman beside us shook her head in disgust and couldn’t believe what the server was asking us to do.. $28.00 with tip .
