Easily one of the best Portuguese food I have had in NJ. Cocktails we ordered were strong and tasted great. Food was excellent, good quality and quantity for the price. Would definitely recommend.

We visited on a Friday night and the place was packed, even the bar seating was gone, so do make a reservation if you are planning to dine here. Staff were attentive despite the crowd, and the service was quick enough. Parking can be difficult as well, so plan accordingly.

Great flavorful food with exceptional service. It a very nice venue to eat. I like the outdoor dining area. The parking can be difficult at times. But the food always comes out right. The white sangria is a must. Nice place to have a peaceful time.

On 2/28/26 at 5 pm my wife and I made reservation at this restaurant. The atmosphere was nice. The service was good. The only problem we had was they must’ve dumped the hole box of salt On the steaks, lobster tail, mashed potatoes and Even the salad. Who does that? My wife and I told the waitress that the food is good, but it was way too much salt on everything. They brought my wife a new flank steak with no seasoning I thought they was gonna bring me a new filet mignon with no seasoning. They brought me Chuck steak one of the cheapest cut off beef you can find in a steak and I told the waitress I don’t want chuck steak, I wanted my filet mignon they did not want to give me another filet mignon with no seasoning on it so I said OK I’ll eat half of my wife’s steak. That was very good. So the next thing I said was well let me get the dessert I heard so much about at least I can come out with something, the waitress came back and said oh we’re out of that dessert.so my wife and I felt that they just wanted us out of there. I never complaining about any food at any restaurants unless their food was really bad. The food taste good but I didn’t like how they treated us at the end of the day, my wife and I will never be attending that Restaurant again and I will not recommend this restaurant to anybody. I’ve been to Portuguese restaurants and this is the first time I ever heard. We always put this amount of seasoning/salt in our food all the time. I spoke to a few of my friends at work about this restaurant and they both told me the same thing. Yeah that’s not a place you wanna go to for some reason they don’t like serving outside their race how true that is I don’t know, but my wife and I did feel that way.

This place is amazing from start to end. The staff is always nice and welcoming. We come here for the picanha (top sirloin) and after we tried the shrimp in garlic, this instantly became one of our favorites too (probably the best out there honestly). It’s our 4th time here this month and obviously we’re coming back. Just love it here!

Wonderful experience! The food was delicious, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was charming. The drinks were strong! We were welcomed with war, fresh bread soon after sitting at our table. Would highly recommend (especially over Valenca!!!)

One of the best restaurants in the area! I have been going there for over 10 years and they always keep that rewarding experience! If you haven’t gone please do yourself a favor! Great food made with fresh ingredients, generous portions, friendly and attentive service. Whether it’s a casual lunch or a celebration dinner, they never disappoint. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

family made reservations for a birthday dinner saturday night 8pm 2 weeks in advance. When we arrive we were told they didn’t have our reservation but they could accommodate in 20 min. We waited for an hour before we left and they called an hour and a half later to tell us they could seat us. Guess make sure they have your reservation before wasting your time.

SPENT ALMOST $1000 FOR A BDAY DINNER TO ORDER RODIZIO FOR THEM TO SAY YOU CAN ONLY ORDER RODIZIO IF YOU EAT PORK OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO PAY $65 FOR ALL BEEF. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A RODIZIO PLACE WHERE YOU’RE FORCED TO EAT EVERY MEAT OTHERWISE CANNOT ORDER. PLEASE AVOID

In response to your response, to be very clear pricing is marketed based on more premium cuts, if you want lamb chops.. beef ribs, etc at any other Rodizio restaurant. If you need names for comparison you can check out Fogo De Cho and many restaurants in your surrounding area. Anywhere with a standard Rodizio allows you to have all meat options and the option to omit pork if they choose not to: you do not have the option to say no to pork and only have beef or chicken your waitress simply imposed you can only have Rodizio if you EAT ALL
THE MEATS or ONLY ALL BEEF. And to be honest it’s because you’re preparing the meats together: which shouldn’t be the case. The guy went around with beef, chicken and pork all one screwer. In addition to anyone lingering around or PARTIAL of the party enjoying the food that is on them. The review never said the food was not enjoyable I am discussing the lack of clarification and restrictions provided for your Rodizio which half of the party couldn’t enjoy because your waitress refused. I am speaking on being the person to have went through the hassle of making the reservation.. to the party waiting almost an hour and a half to even get the food. This isn’t a surprise, the frustration was communicated to your waitress as I was in contact several times asking for clarification of the menu!

Let’s also make clear I asked to speak to management regarding the issue and you waitress told me you that you were too busy to address the issue. Again the issue is not the price point, the issue is Rodizio!! If someone wants the option to have a standard Rodizio experience with no pork which other restaurants allow, yours does not and that should be communicated
