Excellent! It’s a take out place, no seating. The slices are square, huge and absolutely delicious. The crust is crispy and chewy at the same time. The sauce is not sweet, but has robust tomato taste. We couldn’t wait to get home, had a slice in the car. So good!

Sally slices!!, We had a blast and the best experience from the second we walked in. Got there right when they opened, so we were able to watch them still making some of the pizzas. The inside is fairly small with no seating, but they do have standing counter top with lots of pictures. We were greeted by Sally’s sister Gabriella who was as sweet as pie! We talked to her for a half hour before we even ordered our pizza. What a sweetheart! Then we finally looked over to the delicious varieties that Marcello’s offered. Asked what she recommended and got those. It did not disappoint! Fresh and hot pizza. Absolutely delicious! Ingredients were top of the line and the dough is tasty and perfectly cooked! While we were indulging Mr slices walked right in. We were standing at the counter top right by the door. We went up to him and talked to him. He was very humble and made us feel like family! 100% recommend!!

So I finally got a chance to try this Pizza. The Corleone. You may be wondering this already but yes, I got the corner piece. I love to watch the YouTube videos of people visiting from all over the world to get a slice of Da Beeest! Sally took time to take picks and talk with my sister and I. It was so cool. And of course I’m from right down the street in Kansas City. I loved everything about this place, the pizza and Sally Slices. I left with a smile on my face, a checked off the bucket list adventure and a full belly. I can’t wait till work brings me back to this area in NJ…Thanks Sally Slices!! This truly is the best pizza!!! If you follow Sally Slices on Social Media you know all about the Corleone pizza. My wife and I stopped by on a road trip and we got the amazing opportunity to meet Sally Slices. He is such a nice guy and so friendly! He made a video with us outside which made us feel very special. The pizza was so good. We got three different slices and went back for three more for the road. I wish we didn’t live so far away. We are in North Carolina so it’s not a quick drive but it was definitely worth stopping in to try the Corleone and meet Sally Slices. Learn about this Corleone Style Pizza now because they are going to be know around the world for it. We tried several different styles which we talk about in the video I am posting along with this comment. I highly recommend trying the Corleone Pizza and supporting this amazing business. Mark my words, this pizza is going to continue to make history!!! Great job Marcello’s Pizza and thank you Sally Slices for your hospitality and great personality. Stop by here purposely to meet the legend himself. Mr. Sally slices what a true gentleman. Great guy. we could have done a video. Did not get asked if I wanted a corner a side but I took whatever they gave me which was good. I got their Legend. Corleone which to me tasted like a Roman style. The best!!! Seriously, this pizza is delicious. The perfect texture, I don’t even know how to describe it, it’s just what I needed today. I have been following Sal’s TikTok channel for a long time now and have had this place on my list for a long time. Finally came to New Jersey to hit the shore and decided to make a detour out this way to eat at Marcello’s. This place is the real deal. Thanks for the 10/10 pizza!

Can’t disagree, this pizza had great tomatoes, something to write home about. Both the square and round pizzas were fantastically cooked. Best Margarita pizza I’ve had. Even better than New Haven. Drove out from Philly and walked into Marcello’s to SallySlices, himself, ringing me up. Love his posts and he’s still a part of the community and people he serves. Give Marcello’s a shot if you pass through Jersey.

The tomato pie was one the best pies from here, not everyone’s style but definitely a good thin/ well done pizza.
The signature Corleone pie, nothing to write home about, it’s a well done bottom and a lighter Sicilian style (not super dense or cheesy)
