I was excited to find out there was a quality all you can eat sushi place not far from me. There is parking in the front and the back, only one entrance. Very clean and a great atmosphere. The entire staff are friendly and attentive. I’ve been here during the week and at busy times on weekend. The quality is always the same. You can get all you can eat, or order from the regular menu. I like all you can eat option because you can try a little of everything. Lots of great kitchen choices and specialty rolls. My favorite was the New Milford. The tempura shrimp and jalapeños are a great combo. Favorite menu item is the Fried Cheese Wonton. They go down really easy. My recent visit I noticed they have fried ice cream. Choice of vanilla, chocolate or green tea. Very inexpensive way to finish off a great meal. Definitely stop in if you want great sushi and a plethora of options.

Minami is my closest all you can eat sushi spot, and I couldn’t be happier! A great variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Thai dishes in addition to all of the sushi. Everything was great quality and delicious! Friendly staff and the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely return!

What a fabulous sushi restaurant. We ended up doing the all you can eat sushi which is very reasonably priced. We got to try various rolls and sashimi. I had a speciality mixed drink which was good as well. They had fries and chicken nuggets for the kids so that worked out well. Our waitress was very nice and had a kid in training with her so the extra attention made sure we didn’t wait long for much. Go on the early side so you can get served faster as it does get crowded. This was our first time here but will be our go to sushi spot as sushi in our town (15 min away) is terrible. Give it a try!

Ok. So we travel to the Heritage Hotel often for church activities.
We’ve always wanted to visit this restaurant. We are sushi lovers.
This place was amazing.
They offer all you can eat sushi deals. We didn’t try this time, but we will definitely be back.
We tried the Southbury roll and the Dragon Roll and the vegetable gyoza.
We had some chicken skewers and the avocado boat for appetizers, but the food didn’t make it to the photo op.
Natalia was our server, and she was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, informative, and efficient.
The young lady at the front, unfortunately I didn’t get her name, she was so sweet.
We loved the food. The taste, freshness, the flavors. We were in heaven.
We will definitely be back.

Great new all you can eat sushi. So happy that we don’t have to drive far anymore. Fresh selection of sushi rolls that are so good! Service was also excellent. The all you can eat menu isn’t just sushi, it’s many other options as well.

We tried it today for the first time. Let me start by saying I have been in 5 all you can eat sushis, in NYC, Westchester, Boston and Meriden CT. This one was by far the best! Starting with a nice, clean, and appealing space. To very nice and friendly staff. To a very well priced menu. And finally, the food was amazing. Great selection of appetizers and the rolls were amazing. Fresh food prepared a la carte. They obviously have option not for all you can eat, but I like being able to try multiple rolls and share, so I was very happy to see one opening in Southbury. Wishing this business a lot of success! They deserve it. So happy to have an All You Can Eat Sushi in Heritage Village.
