Pelham is the best Milos ever!!! These guys have it right!! Brent and Larry are great managers, and need to share what they are doing with other stores. The staff is friendly, fast, and accurate. What else could you ask for. Raises all around if it’s in the budget, they deserve it. So many businesses are slacking on customer service, not these guys. Thanks Milos

Ordered a large fry, and asked that they be fried fresh. Got cold fries. Went back in and ordered fresh, hot fries. Again received cold fries. Horrible service everytime I visit the Lakeshore location.

I stopped at the Limestone parkway location at lunch time Saturday 13 during peak lunch time. A large to go order for 10 combos came in to add to the normal lunch time rush. The staff handled everything with professionalism and greeted each guest and kept everything moving during the challenge working as a team. My grilled tender sandwich and fries were delicious and worth the wait.

I got a hamburger today on my way home. I had already eaten some of it before noticing what looks like green mold. Someone surely saw that when making the burger. Tried to call the Sylacauga Location but got a not available message. Tried to call the corporate office and also got the same message. This location hasn’t been opened that long but will definitely NOT eat there again.

We visited the Milos in Birmingham,Al on Montclair Road on 11/1/20 @1:16 pm.we ordered two cheeseburger combos.when we received our food,the cheeseburgers were cold.While in route to return to the store,I called them to let them know about our sandwiches, an employee answered the phone, I asked for the manager, I heard her tell the manager that someone wanted to speak to them.. The phone was laid down,I was on hold for 5 minutes,the manager never picked up the phone,I entered the store and saw the phone next to the manager, by then I had hung up. The lady who took our money in drive-thru came to the front counter and asked what’s wrong?, I explained why we returned.. she told the manager that our food was cold,and that I had called, she stated that she never got a call,I replied that I had been on the phone waiting for her to pick it up. She never apologized upon taking the food,nor upon giving the corrected order. Management should run their shift making sure customers have hot fresh food. She lacks in management and customer service. If management lacks leadership, how can they be leaders to the employees,to make sure they serve the customers fresh hot food?

Manager at Alabaster location was very rude and yelling at my wife today as she was in the drive thru line. His back was turned and not even directing traffic but yelling when he did not like something. Then proceeded to turn his back and state loud enough for people to here him “no one in this town knows how to drive”. So when she told him she would take business else where he said in a rude tone “bye bye”. This location has only been here for a week and really don’t see it lasting long as nothing else has on that corner. No good way to enter or exit, but for us we will be going somewhere else as long as he is there. Good luck Milo’s!

I was going to wait and see what the corporate office has to say but they don’t answer or return my calls so since they don’t care about their restaurants here I go If I could give less stars I would but please be really careful eating at their calera restaurant me and my mom stopped and got us each a hamburger it was the worst mistake we could have made we both ended up with food poisoning , I called the restaurant to complain and let them know what was going on and the manager didn’t even apologize and all he said was “ok I’ll check the grill” and hung up then I called the corporate office that day and a few times the next day and a couple of times today no one answered all I get was a answering machine not sure why they have one because I’m still waiting on someone to call me back if you do eat there EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!!!

Well my daughter was told she couldn’t work there cause her boyfriend worked there.they would be on different shifts , but because she told them yes they were together she couldn’t work there but she was told if she had lied they would have went w it..So u would rather have a liar or someone who lies to your face, than an honest employee.. Don’t sound right to me..
