This place is off little Rd where chophouse occupied before it moved. Walking in I saw the family who owns it was working hard which was the first indicator this was going to hit. And hit it did indeed. The chopped brisket on my sandwich was moist, tender, and basically barely needed chewing. It was great, and then you add the brisket Mac and cheese and I was in bbq heaven for the ten minutes it took me to eat. I uploaded pictures of their menu because I noticed their menus isn’t posted online. Stop in and support local business. It all was delicious!

Legit old style backyard BBQ. Sliced lean brisket was moist and flavored perfectly without sauce. Ribs were dry rubbed with good smoke flavor. Nothing special about the (jalapeño) sausage but I’m picky. I did try the sauce but not because anything needed it. It is a vinegar based but not over powered. Overall very good place. I would go back. No line at 11am as they opened. $23 for 3 meat plate with 2 sides. Very nice people.

I purchased the highway men plate the sides was disapointing. The brisket mac & cheese was mushy like it was reheated from the day before or just overcooked and need seasoning. Same for the pinto bean it seem like they was made the day before. Also if the beans are made from scratch they need to be soaked before cooking, so they would be softer. The ribs where good. The jalapeno sausage, brisket, and the pulled pork was mediocre to me.

Fabulous customer service, meat is so tender and falls off the bone, and still makes great leftovers. We’ve come back several times already. We have tried the brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. Tried a new side today the jalapeño poppers are seasoned and thrown back on the grill. Yum! Definitely worth a stop to try these!

Tried this place finally and I’m mad at myself for not going sooner. The staff are friendly and just so sweet. The food is OUTSTANDING! Literally everything tasted amazing and flavor packed. I got the sausage plate with cole slaw and their Cajun elote (must try). My husband got their chopped brisket sandwich (best brisket by far) with green beans (most flavorful beans I’ve ever had and im obsessed) and brisket Mac and cheese (again…obsessed). We each got a slice of their homemade sawdust pie (like a pecan pie texture wise, but it’s coconut, chocolate chips, and pecan pieces). Highly recommend this pie and the place. All I can say is Millsmade is well worth the visit and we will be going back quite often.

Millsmade BBQ provided an incredibly delicious BBQ dinner for my Family today. The ‘wet’ sliced Smoked Brisket was Texas BBQ perfection, juicy, tender, smoked beef, w/ crusty bark. Pork Ribs were brilliant, great bark & smoky/sweet flavor, the pork just fell off of the bone. The Jalepeneo smoked sausage (Slovacek’s) was awesome. However, the BIG Beef BBQ Ribs (on weekends) stole the show. Those huge Beef Ribs were smoky tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef buttah. WOW! The sides were great. My Wife loved the Brisket Mac & Cheese. Green beans were tasty. The Cajun Corn on the Cob was a winner! The Banana Bread Pudding was a yummy sweet finish to a wonderful Texas BBQ meal. Located 1 block off of W. Arkansas Lane on Little Road, in Arlington, TX. Millsmade BBQ smokes highly recommended, seriously delicious BBQ, dine there or take out.

Ribs stole the show, great pepper rub smoked just right. Sausage was ok, brisket was good, although a touch dry. I liked the brisket macncheese, the elote style corn was delicious. Prices are on par with other bbq.
