Good evening Family. This is my first-time visiting this location. I have visited Springfield location with Mom. I arrived at 12:30 pm to watch the Eagles game. Comes on at 1 pm. Chris was my server. Chris was very pleasant and accommodating. I ordered the fiesta platter and loaded potato soup, I had two helpings, it was that good, raspberry lemonade and water and hot chocolate. I always get water because the lemonade is sweet and the water dilutes it. Everything was delicious. Everyone was dressed in Eagles gear. We were all on the same page. So disappointed that they didn’t win. Streak is over, 4-1, now. I must say the rest rooms were in great shape. I loved the single stall that had a sink and paper towels. I wish all of them were like this one in the women’s bathroom. I enjoyed eating and I look forward to visiting again. A good experience here. Everyone was nice. Workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous. I arrived in a Lyft, didn’t have to worry about parking.

We ate lunch with Colleen on the patio on Friday, 2/27. She was amazing and beyond patient. We came with our cousin who arrived very late after a procedure at Riddle. He was stressed but Colleen put him completely at ease and made us feel that we were the most important customers, despite having 6 other tables and working the bar. The food was delicious but the service will bring us back. We can’t wait to share another meal with Colleen. I hope our feedback gets to her.

The WORST service I have ever received!! Rude waitress!! No host up front to greet us we stood up there for 10 minutes until I went to ask a waitress about placing a To go order. She very clearly ignored me until I asked her 3 times. She wasn’t doing anything. No food in her hands just standing around. Just didn’t care at all this was very frustrating so we left and tried to figure out other plans for dinner. Nothing else was available so we went back and sat down to dine in. It took our waitress 16 minutes to greet us and bring us our drinks. (Maybe 3 or 4 tables at this point in time. Not busy by any means) then we order and originally we stated that we one of us has a gluten allergy!! Not an intolerance an Allergy!!!! The house salad had croutons CLEARLY just picked off of the salad! Not remade like it should have been. I’ll remind you this is a very slow day. Then when the steak arrives we ask for hot sauce and the waitress then disappears and we never see her again!!! Not to say by ask if we need anything NO refills NOTHING!!! This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I have been to millers several times in the past (other locations) but this one has LOST our business forever. BEWARE ANYONE GLUTEN FREE. This place is so sloppy it’s best to stay away! This place is very dangerous to anyone with an allergy. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Truly terrible experience. Go to anywhere else but here other restaurants in the shopping center work very hard to earn your business but millers clearly doesn’t care. Like I said on the survey on the tablet TRASH!!!!!!

Stopped in for lunch just after opening for the day. Party of two. We had a burger and a chicken sandwich. Food was very good. Quiet at the time. Looks like it would be a great place to watch Sunday football. Service was very good. Waiter was pleasant and professional. Prices were reasonable.

‍♀️Miller’s Ale House in Media, PA is the place you need to be – right now! It’s the ultimate spot to sit, eat, and watch an Eagles’ game on their plethora of wide- screen TVs. They’re hanging in every nook and cranny so you’ll never miss a single play.
The service? Absolutely phenomenal. I ordered a Philadelphia Cheese Steak and it was perfection: finely chopped meat, their specialty cheese, raw and fried onions, mayo on the roll, lettuce. tomatoes, pickles – all finished with ground pepper and ketchup. Cooked to order, juicy, and delicious.
And the variety of cold brewskis? Chef’s . Pair that with the Eagles’ win and you got a 10 out of 10 night.
Don’t wait – head to Miller’s in Media today and get your game on!
– Loyal customer,

This was actually a very, very nice millers ale. Normally, I’m not the biggest fan of their food, but they have some newer menu items that are high quality in flavor. Was pleasantly surprised. We ordered french onion soup, spinach dip, ravioli, pork osso buco, and a burger. Appetizers were ok, nothing to jump about, but the entrees were all A1 5 stars! We’re not typically pork eaters, but that pork omg melted in your mouth. That ravioli wow!!! For drink, I had margarita, and they were pretty good and priced pretty well. The only con I could say was that the service was a little inconsistent.

This was great when they first opened, it’s been going down hill for awhile , there staff gets worse every time we go and they keep taking awesome food items off the menu, bring back the boom shrimp and prime rib sandwich please., Update just went back service is still horrible. Ordered prime rib they ran out of silverware and gave us plastic fork and knife. The place was empty, Can’t figure out what is going on with this place. They need to hire a solid manager

My third time here, Excellent again. Had the Tex-Mew nachos min…the plate was huge, nachos tasty and hot….also had an Authentic Ceasar salad. Dressing was awesome and just the right proportion. And I had the. Prime Burger, medium rare, cooked to perfection with fries!
There was a bit if a timing issue, all of the food came out simultaneously and I noted it to the server who happened to be the manager as well, and she handled it promptly and perfectly. She returned the burger and fries to the kitchen and 20 minutes layer I had finished my salad and nachos, she had the chef cook another burger and fresh fries!
She also apologized and I accepted it and told her she handled my situation Perfectly ….I will Definitely be returning soon as I want to sample the rest of their delicious menu!!

I have been a fan of the franchise since back in my college days at the North Miami Beach one, but this location always seems to miss the mark on food. The mozz sticks were lower quality frozen style (as expected) dressed up with a little parm cheese, typically they are ok if served hot and gooey but these were already cool when they hit the table. The cheese fries were the best part of the entire experience, but really no comparison to Outback or Texas Roadhouse cheese fries.

The alfredo chicken parm was a travesty. The pasta was old, cold and already hard on the edges (from being microwaved?) and tasted like those cheap Knor sauce ones you can mix at home. The chicken was just a cheap breaded cutlet with some cheese sprinkled on, but at least this was edible whereas the pasta was not.

I ordered the pear salad and was very disappointed. The chicken had that bitter burnt flavor from being grilled. The ‘candied’ pears were just a few pieces of canned pear that didn’t seem very fresh, nor sweet. They forgot the nuts, so literally got a plate of cold burnt chicken and lettuce with some sad pear bits. The goat cheese crumbles were a very paltry few. Overall waste of money.
