Nice sub shop. Nothing compares to the original Miletos but it does the job on the east end of the county. I will say that the ham slices on the Cosmo are ridiculously thick. Maybe it was a flook but made the sandwich less than it could have been in regards to flavor. Otherwise a clean shop with pleasant service.

Terrible customer service. Manager is entitled and rude. Workers follow her lead. They refused my last order ($25.00 Cheesesteak) because I called them on it. They have been around Williamsport for many years and think the customer owes them homage. Also if you look closely it’s a little unsanitary.

Ordered a regular sub. They brought to table as extra mayo even tho I didn’t order extra mayo. Mayo was dripping off of sub. Meat was cut so thick u couldn’t even fold sub over to eat. Very low grade meats, can’t even identify the bottom slice ?? So thick was like eating chunks of lunchmeat on a not fresh bun. Won’t be back!!
