My son and I were staying in Ellijay and stopped in to grab lunch, owners are very friendly and its a very cool eatery, the food is Amazing!!! Best Brisket and pulled pork ive had hands down. The baked beans and mac and cheese are both amazing as well, it was so good we got to go dinner, must try the Rocket Dog! If you are in the area do yourself a favor and drop in. You wont be dissapointed!!

My daughter said the best pulled pork restaurant was Mike’s. She was right! We went there for lunch. Mark was very welcoming and treated us to delicious pulled pork plates. It was great!! I went back on Friday and got take out; brisket, pork and chicken. Amie was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. She suggested putting ice cream on the Mountain Dew stewed apples. It topped off a wonderful meal.

This is quite possibly the BEST bbq I’ve ever had. I got the beef brisket dinner with mac and cheese and baked beans and I’ve never been happier with a meal. The owners were SO sweet and it was SUCH a good atmosphere. I’m so glad we made the stop.

Great, friendly, low key place! We went on Sat and they had a large group of teens, but the staff ( owners with a helper or two) handled it well. The BBQ is excellent! The sides are very good ( baked beans are very yummy). The only so-so thing we had was the Mac and cheese and they will tell you that it is the one thing they don’t make in house. We ended up taking some leftovers but also getting pulled pork and baked beans for another meal!

If you want great food and great service, stop by Mike’s. We’re from out of town but come to blue ridge 2-3x a year and usually eat at southern charm. Decided to try Mike’s this time and it is definitely our new go to! Pulled pork is tender and flavorful even without sauce. Mac and cheese and green beans are better than your mommas, and the mountain dew stewed apples are the best cooked apples I’ve ever tasted. Seating area isn’t huge but there’s outdoor tables too which are nice. And the service is phenomenal. If you’re looking for great bbq, this is where to go.

Amazing barbecue really phenomenal. So glad to have discovered this on our visit to Blue Ridge. We will definitely be going here again before we depart to head back to Florida. Best barbecue I’ve had so far not just in this area. I can’t remember any time I’ve had any better!

Amazing! Usually if it looks like a hole in the wall there’ll be good food and this is another case!!!! Greeted at the door, extremely fast service, juicy tender BBQ. Can’t ask for more. Got the pork sandwich on Texas toast, Mac and cheese and the Mt apples. Leaving here with a hurting full happy belly! Def coming back every time we come to blue ridge!!!!! A must see and eat place!

Best coleslaw EVER! Mark made our dining experience personalized. Chicken wings were huge! BBQ pork was cooked to perfection. Amy was so sweet at checkout. Great service and fabulous food. We are repeat customers when we visit Blue Ridge.
