Horrible staff. They usually talk amongst themselves which is fine but when I entered they just approached me with an attitude. No one is nice or friendly there at all. The only good thing is they usually get the order correct.

There’s something weird going on in this location, after 9pm nobody picks up the phone and your orders placed on any app say are about to be delivered are canceled minutes before arrival time, saying the restaurant is “closed”. If I order food at 9pm and this place closes at 11pm then what is going on, this happened to me 3 times already.

This is the worst mcdonalds, just went through the drive through and got charged 22.89 for 3 mcgriddles and 3 hash browns. No receipt and no napkins, get home and everything is just thrown into the bag. Overpriced food and disgusting service. It used to be fun going to McDonalds but I guess those days went out the window. I’M SO DONE WITH THEM. I guess the worst part of all of it I’d not the over charging me…but the attitude of like they are doing me a favor…what else…what else…what else…like let me look at the menu. McDonalds needs a complete revamping of this company. Fire everyone and start over…trust me we can all do without this a couple of weeks. GOD KNOWS YOU CAN AFFORD IT!!!

This McDonald store never gets the right recipe for the sweet iced tea. Sometimes , it’s water down, or too sweet without the tea component. Today, it’s too sweet like I am drinking a maple syrup.Can you call the Uniondale 1050 Front street location and learn how they mix their iced tea? You should.
