Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a 20-piece chicken wing meal, and the chicken was clearly old. It was mushy, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting out far too long. It was not fresh, not crispy, and completely inedible. Serving food in that condition is disgusting and irresponsible.
I called the store less than 20 minutes after receiving the order to report the issue, and instead of addressing the problem, the employee simply told me “no.” No apology, no concern, no attempt to make it right — just flat-out refusal. That level of customer service is shocking.
If this is how they handle complaints about spoiled food, that says everything. I will not be coming back, and I strongly suggest others think twice before ordering from here.

Went to great wolf lodge and wanted something filling that wasn’t going to be an overpriced burger the size of your Pinky, and low and behold, Mike’s Pizza Westminster. The guy was incredibly kind and gave us our big order (5 calzones boneless wings and Mozzarella sticks) and it was all pretty great!) So if you’re looking for a quick joint with good prices go no further!

I just ordered a steak bomb from mikes, omfg, get extra cheese, he treated me so well, plenty of meat and plenty of cheese, only 17 dollars too. Pizza was very greasy and bland. It broke apart badly when trying to extract a slice. We had to eat it with flimsy plastic forks and knives in the restaurant. The crust tasted more like white bread than pizza. The only positive from our experience was the friendly staff.

Very friendly staff and delicious pizza! We are staying at Great wolf Lodge and had to feed a bunch of kiddos and adults quick. They were able to have our large order ready in under an hour and even brought it out to my car! My friend got a gluten free pizza and couldn’t believe how good it was! Will definitely recommend this place, support locals, and return on our next trip.

Chicken so crispy your mouth waters for more. Walked in and ordered had my food within 10 minutes. Left with a belly full. Prices were reasonable and hard to beat for the quality of food.
