Mom had a surprise 60th for my brother March 1st & ordered food for it to be catered. The food was excellent, plenty of food for everyone & still had enough to take home. Everything she ordered was top notch & delicious! ❤️ I give Hometown Pizza in Terryville 5+ stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered – Buffalo chicken pizza, cheese pizza and bbq wings.
Buffalo Chicken Pizza – pizza was very good. Small chunks of chicken tossed in buffalo sauce on top of a thick layer of cheese. The downside was there was not enough chicken and not enough spice. I might see if they would drizzle some more buffalo sauce on top next time but overall solid 8/10
Cheese Pizza – we got this for your kids but it was a very good average cheese pizza. Cooked very well, nothing else to say 8/10
BBQ Wings – delicious, tender, saucy BBQ wings coated perfectly. Big wings for the price too coming in at $1.25 a wing. Great flavor 9/10.
Overall we were very happy with our meal that this will become our new go to pizza spot.

What a great little spot! The food was delicious! I had a great time with my family on a quick stop before church! They had some slices and I had a meatball parmigiana grinder! I will definitely be coming back here! Thanks for the great food!

I stopped here yesterday afternoon to try a slice of their pizza. They had lots of choices, which was surprising, but kind of cool.
I tried the bacon pizza, since I was not overly impressed by appearance of the plain mozzarella slices.
The pizza tasted pretty good, but I definitely had some heartburn and indigestion.
This afternoon, I was having some chest pains and was a little concerned, until I remembered having the pizza. Everything else I had over the last 24 hours was the same stuff I eat all the time. I’m thinking it was the bacon that did me in.
The slices are pretty big and fairly cheap. The young lady at the front counter was nice enough. There is not a lot of parking here, but I managed.
Not a bad place, but for me, there are other/better pizza options in the area… Sorry, just my opinion.

I have to have reviewed my little hometown Hometown, but if not, let me just say that I have only had a large mushroom pizza every single weekend for that last year or so since the first time I had guests over and needed to feed some hungry children- I get certain pizza from specific places and this is where I get my large mushroom only because it’s the favorite of my nieces and nephews and when I need to feed myself when though get busy Hometown is my go to.

Food is amazing. BEST MOZZARELLA STICKS! The pizza is awesome IF you like brick oven pizza…. Which I do. I’ve had the grinders, love them, salads, love them, pasta dishes, love those too. Only thing I’m not crazy about are the chicken tenders….. They’re not the greatest quality… The staff is always professional and very friendly. It’s very tiny in there as far as public space. Not much room for waiting and definitely not a dine in establishment. Wait time for take out is quick, and pricing is very reasonable.

I went in and ordered food the lady at the register asked me if I would like my receipt, I said no at first and then once I got my food I remembered I was also buying food for a friend so I asked for it. She gave me attitude I’m not sure why it was such a problem if I could have my receipt.

I usually love Terryville Hometown Pizza but tonight was terrible. The small meatball, onion pizza I ordered was over cooked (over priced, almost $20) to a splintering crispness. The onions were tossed on the top sometime after the pie had been put in the oven so, to cook them a bit the pie must have been in the oven too long. Each piece we took out of the box was as stiff as a rail. If the crust was folded to pick up and eat it snapped like a piece of wood. Worst pizza I’ve had in years!! Looks like I’ll stick to their grinders.
