First time visit here. I do understand that this is tourism and the pizza is good.

I do enjoy the pizza a lot and didn’t realized that it was huge! But the price is reasonable for it.

I had Pork BBQ pizza and it was good. My friend had Meat Lover and it was good. We both had beers. We were there for lunch and it was nice and quiet since it was Friday afternoon. It was cold and snowing. So it was ideal for us.

We went last weekend, around 7, and given its January and it was rainy / icy night, it was pretty quick service with a decent amount of seating!

The pizza was great, we got one 8 slice, then a 4 slice. Pricing was pretty good, i think we pad around $24?
The way they have it is pretty smart, you throw away your plates and stuff, and they give you boxes to take leftovers, as seen in the pic.
Staff was friendly and you can tell this is definitely a spot that gets lots of traffic, especially in the summertime. It’s really cool they have the rock climbing shop there as well!

Excellent service! Amazing pizza topping selections! So cheesy! My son and I had the pleasure of visiting for the first time on Thanksgiving for their annual Traditional Thanksgiving dinner plate special, $16 per person. Such a delicious assortment of holiday food. Very filling. The turkey was PHENOMENAL! The warmth and kindness of everyone gathered was as delicious as the food! My son and I won’t forget it. ♥️ Thank you!
(And, of course we had to go back for a pizza. )

Got the meat lovers. It was great! The bacon being in stripes rather than bits was a refreshing touch and really added flavor. We love thin crust and these are definitely thin wood fired. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. Went during the winter so not much was happening, however they have a basketball court and an outdoor pavilion for spring/summer activities. They also have a small store inside. Only bottled drinks available.

Sometimes you hate to let the secret out. But Miguel’s is amazing. We had the supreme and it was great. The crust was perfectly crunchy and no flop.

Fantastic pizza with superb vegan options!
The vegan cheese is delightfuly tasty and melty. I loooove the veggie arugula pizza. They also have great local beer and kombucha along with local sodas. It’s a truly unique place. There’s covered outdoor seating and indoor seating.
I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Great place to grab a bite. They open early at 7:00 AM too for those post sunrise hikes or to get some fuel in before an epic day if climbing and hiking. You can get burritos or omelets, pizza does not begin until 11:00 AM. Just look for the bright yellow building right along the Red River Gorge’s edge.

Camping areas, showers, laundry, and a gear shop as well.
There will be a line and a wait if you go at peak times for food.

Second year visiting The Red and staying at Miguel’s campground. Food is made fresh and I like their salted maple latte. They serve alcohol after 1pm. I heard their margarita is good. Plenty of picnic tables to eat, cook or hang out. There’s also access to recreational activities (basketball and volleyball court, slack line).

Great climbing community. I didn’t know such place/community exists lol. Plenty of camping available. $2/5min showers. Bathrooms can be congested but port potties are available. Gear shop located at the back and maybe a new gear shop in the making? Plenty of parking. Busy in the mornings and weekend evenings. Looking forward to seeing the changes next year.

This is the BEST pizza we have ever had! They offer more than one gluten free crust and it is DELICIOUS. Very popular spot for pizza after a full day of hiking in the gorge. Worth the wait!!

No trip to Red River Gorge is complete without stopping at Miguel’s Pizza, and it absolutely lived up to the hype.

My wife and I stopped in during our weekend getaway, and it was exactly what we needed after a full day of exploring. The pizza was fresh, loaded with flavor, and hit the spot. You can tell everything is made with care.

The atmosphere is laid-back and fun — the kind of place where everyone feels welcome. Whether you’ve been hiking all day or just passing through, it’s the perfect place to refuel.

If you’re anywhere near the Gorge, Miguel’s is a must. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.
