This may be a small detail but I am absolutely furious. Gave service a 1 star but it is Zero to me. I stopped on my way home from work Monday night. My receipt says 9:13 p.m. I got home and did not get the Apple Empanada I ordered. I decided before too much time when by I would stop and get the Apple Empanada I did not receive Monday. It was raining so I thought, ok I’ll order food again while I’m here. So I placed an order I think that came to about $15. I then told whoever was taking the order about not receiving the empanada on Monday and that I had the receipt. He said, sorry, you have to come back the same day. I told him it was 9:15 at night and I was on my way home from work. They don’t know who waited on me and who was the Manager. Really???This was 2 days ago. I said the girl had marks on her neck. No, sorry, that’s our policy. No money back, no empanada. So I told him cancel the order. I am never coming back here again. I get home and look at the receipt and it has the girl’s name right on there. So tell me we have no idea who the Manager was that day? It was 1.99 plus tax. Certainly won’t break me but not the point. I live 4 or 5 miles away in OP and I was going to turn around and go back after working all evening??
I went out of my way specifically to go there on my way home from work today. I’m still furious. I will say, I have never run across this before in all the years I have been going there. I don’t even check my order typically because it has always been right. This experience turned me off this location for good.

Went to ridge rd on 12/13 at like 8:30ish invoice number 6312. We ordered a decent amount of food. Food was great and the cashier at the drive thru was the nicest kid ever!

Last two times I have been here—today and a week ago—no one in the restaurant—no one at counter or preparing orders. A couple weeks ago, similar experience: no one at counter, but two staff preparing orders; however, neither greeted me or approached me and asked me what I wanted. So by my count the last three times I have stopped here no one has been at the counter to take my order. Maybe that’s not so bad; maybe, judging by all the orders these folks have mucked up recently, I’m one of the lucky customers who,because he didn’t pay for something he didn’t want, didn’t have to go through the hassle of getting the mistakes corrected or a refund.

It has been a few years since I visited a mighty taco location and I must say Im severely disappointed. The fresh chips they had are now bagged and the ones we got were stale and disgusting. They use to offer bacon to add to tacos and when I ordered the girl kinda laughed and said they didnt have bacon anymore. Their cookies use to be freshly made and yet again disappointed that it is bagged and from another company and tiny for the price. Most likely we wont be coming back due to the changes.. the chips (commercial.. the cookie commercial.. its not the mighty taco that we grew up with)

Hate hate hate having to order on a screen when there are 3 people standing behind the counter doing nothing. I hate it at McDonalds and I hate it here. If I walk into a place I want human contact. It took me longer to order 2 El nino burritos with extra sour cream and med sauce with a diet Pepsi than it needed to be if I talked to a person. Might as well do the drive through. Very impersonate like I didn’t matter as a customer dining in. Guess I won’t be dining in again

Been coming to this location for years. Put an online order in for my Fiance and I. For whatever reason they didn’t receive the order but still charged me 25 dollars. Showed the manager the order and the money taken out of my discover account. Refused to make me the order unless I paid again. Like really?! You want me to blow another 25 because your companies app isn’t working. 50 dollars for fast food for two people?! Screw you! Took me 3 days to get my 25 dollars back. This manager should be fired from this location for awful costumer service.

The employees working 2/27/2023 @ 5:15pm aren’t cut out for rolling burritos. 3 of our burritos look like they were rolled by an ape. Check your bag before you leave too. They are very casual about order accuracy. They do not care very much about anything.

Put in my order.. checked my receipt to make sure my order was correct. While I was there.. someone preparing orders told everyone that she never gave the complete order out so that person might be back. Got my order and left.. only to take the 1st bite, and being allergic to lettuce, had a whole mouth full of what I didn’t order. I called mighty received no professional response, went back to get my correct order only to see another person standing at the counter.. he too had the wrong order.
I reached out to their corporate office.. no response..
