I get off late night and stopped by this McDonald’s. I ordered my food and asked that it’s dropped fresh didn’t mind the wait. When I pulled up to the window they handed me a bag. Ummm I asked for my food fresh, that’s way too fast for fresh food. The Hispanic male supervisor insisted they were. I checked the bag before pulling off and the fries were dark and drenched with oil. I told him you had to have re-dropped those fries these are horrible. He still stuck with they are fresh. I use to work at McDonald’s and I know for a fact what fries are supposed to look like and how they cooked. I threw the food out and didn’t even ask for my money back. The night crew is horrible, day shift/evening shift way better. Please help the night crew, they just don’t care. People spend their money that they need to work there and this the treatment we get. If you don’t want to do the job you get paid to do, find another and stop pissing people off. The blk young male needs some customer care classes as well. How he speaks and takes orders is very rude. Who runs this place? Spotlight them at night. You will find out what goes

I went through the drive thru at 5 AM and I was the only car in line. First the guy taking the orders talks like he has a mouth full of marbles and has the personality of wet paint. Then I get to the second window and received my food. We ordered meals and we didn’t get our hash browns and my sandwich was incorrectly made. They took it back and didn’t make a fresh sandwich, they just took one topping off and put the other on!! She didn’t wrap the sandwich back up and gave us a stale hash brown!! I wont be visiting that location ever again!!

The male worker with the face tattoo of a broken heart under his eye always wearing a beanie feels the need to add in unnecessary commentary. Today me and my partner stopped by for lunch to pick up some food together, this man who obviously has nothing better to do decided to make a comment on how we should just “move in at this point” because of “how much your here” go there, we only go on Saturday’s if i have to work. When really he should be minding his business and focusing on his job, especially when he looks cracked out and fumbling over his words on a good day. I won’t be going back here.

Order taker in lane one/cashier was busy on his phone in drive thru. The tone of his voice was aggravated, because he wanted to be on his phone. When I pulled up to the window, he was on his phone, he had me waiting for 30 seconds before he opened the window. He wasn’t paying attention and called out another person’s order behind me. I won’t return!

No concern whatsoever for the customers in the restaurant. Waited over 20 min for food. Couldn’t get a refill, no access to condiments such as basic ketchup. Just tell us you don’t want to see customers in restaurant.

I usually just get drinks and maybe fries. My mom and I stopped by for a late lunch today. All the tables were dirty.

It took a long time to get our food. I know they are busy, but drive thur was flowing well but inside was a standing room waiting for food. Mom’s fish was good, the fries were hot and yummy. My quarter pounder was RAW. I ate a couple of bites before I noticed. Yuck. Right after I gave it back and asked for a fresh one, a lady behind me gave them hers as well.

Ate evening drive-thru visit and they made fresh decaf coffee for me. I mean little Ole me they did that for. That’s as special as it get in my book. I really had the craving and it was satisfied. I will return to this place it on the southside of Greenwood.

At 6am the breakfast food should be hot and fresh. The manager was yelling at employees and the food was very stale and cold. This location needs new leadership badly. I’m sure the board of health would like to hear about this as well.

Wouldn’t recommend staff was rude when I told them I paid for my sauce on the mobile order app then she told me to prove it and took my food bag back because she didn’t believe me then she took my phone to look at my receipt on the mobile app definitely not going to this location again and it’s sad how rude they were to me over sauce that I paid extra for now my food is cold and they should’ve given me my money back for how disrespectful they were
