Migdalia’s Kitchen is simply, a dream that came true. A brand-new small business, owned/and operated by a Puerto Rican woman from New Jersey. Offering fried foods, sandwiches, salads, wraps and more. Functioning off of the grounds of Campout Mt. Nebo, a new LGBTQ+ Campground in the East Stroudsburg area, Migdalia’s Kitchen is proud to be not only Women-Owned and Latin-Owned but also very prominent allies to the community. It’s a 21 plus campground. No children allowed.

Truly the best camp dining experience I have ever enjoyed! Their rotating menu of specials guarantees that you will always have the pleasure of enjoying something new with each visit. This is beyond the basic fried food and griddle fare you see at the other places. This food is restaurant quality!

This is a food truck located in a mobile home park! Nothing wrong with that except wasn’t clear when I googled restaurants in the area that this is the case. Couldn’t figure out why we couldn’t find it despite navigation. Local told us and advised that it wasn’t even there on that day. So we never tried the food.

The Beyond Burger is cooked to ✨️ PERFECTION ✨️ sometimes I have to check to make sure it isn’t real. The funnel fries are divine as are the loaded broccoli bites. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Highly recommend!!!
