Taco Bell is what it is. Fast yummy American-style “Mexican” food. Can it play with the tummy? Yes. Does that stop me from eating there? Nope. It’s nostalgic and sometimes you just need Taco Bell in your life and in your belly. Now, there are locations I will visit over others due to service (291hwy in Lee’s Summit almost always messes up order; chipman is ok but the drive-thru traps you in should you decide to change your mind; blue pkwy… I think that’s the street… the one by price chopper is my go to. Always friendly staff and accurate and prompt… plus the food is fresher) so there ya go. My opinion on Taco Bell. I do wish that certain items would stay on menu (chili cheese burrito, 7-layer burrito, chicken wings, and caramel empanada(?)) OK, thanks for reading!

Have made 3 orders in 3 weeks where multiple things were wrong. The short story is the 2nd person that talked with me stated that the Manager’s English was not good enough to understand my complaint. The 3rd person stated that he could not help me because I ordered my items through the Taco Bell app and I could drive to them to correct the issues (I already paid for them to deliver my food).

We dined in while out with our toddler Christmas shopping. We were greeted by a customer at the counter that said he had been waiting for 15 minutes and no employee had greeted him. That customer soon left and we were the only customers in the lobby. We were told to use the kiosk to order and waited 10 minutes until someone asked if we got our drinks. We waited 25 minutes until our toddler was fussy to go up to the counter to get the attention of an employee. They had only been serving the drive thru and now had several orders inside to fulfill. Whe I worked at McDonald’s, our lobby was always top priority. Disappointed coming to this location.

We went inside because my partner used to work in this location, and she likes to ask for fresh potatoes, and a couple things to be left off, and she knows from having worked there in the past, that its easiest on the workers to be able to let them know face to face. She asked for the fresh potatoes, but her order came out immediately. She stated, “I asked for fresh potatoes, they take a couple minutes, im ok with waiting”
He then glared at my partner, and “flexed” at her with her back turned, that our friend saw, and asked him, “what’s your problem? We can talk about it.”
What proceeded was more glaring, throwing the bag on the counter aggressively, walking back, standing there and clearly pretending to fix it but changing nothing, and throwing most of the items into the bag basically unwrapped. We checked the order, sure enough, dark, dry, cold potatoes. The man said, “my manager said they’re fresh” when confronted. More glaring and staring while we waited for the new potatoes, all for the order to be remade wrong anyway, as the things she asked to have off, where now on. We paid and left because it was already too aggressive of an interaction, but the only thing that ended up being edible of out of our nearly 30$ order was my quessadilla, and even it had unmelted cheese, and was cut with 3 small slivers, and then half the quessadilla as the last slice.
The young man that was aggressive was tall and wore a black ball cap, I believe he had dirty blonde or red hair.
The manager was also non helpful, chalking his behavior up to something unrelated.

Had some issues with my order that I placed on the app but Alicia, Deedra and team were able to help me out, get me a fresh remake, and also promised to help me best they could with another issue I had at Taco Bell in Blue Springs. Great service especially with it being so close to the holidays still.

No cinnamon on my cinnamon twists and they put the wrong burrito in my lux box. The burrito was dry…and spicy which I do not like. And there was hardly any meat or cheese on my taco. It was mostly shell which I broke of because I couldn’t taste the little bit of meat and cheese.

The amount of money they are charging for 3 supreme tacos they should use some product. The Taco’s should be full of meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. You can barely taste the sour cream and the meat taste burned. The price for what one gets is ridiculous.

I have been going to this Taco Bell for about 3 years. Quality consistently sucks. Orders are wrong 90% of the time. The guy with face tats working the drive through tonight is especially terrible.

Won’t be back, My order was missing a cheese roll up and cheese sauce, the lady with the long black hair at the window was constantly on her phone at the window and when I asked for more sauce I got a weird look my receipt says for Friday Jan 2nd at 11:35am with the name on it as alica. Customer service is everything and she does not have that and probably shouldn’t be at the window

Drive thru is always congested. But fortunately for me, it was late and I was hungry, and there were zero cars in line:) I asked and paid for Doritos Locos supreme tacos, hold the tomatoes. Got home and what did I have, Regular tacos. No supreme.
