Old beat up dirty building. Food was well seasoned but overwhelming. I ordered loaded fries and a cookie. There were about 10 fries in the box RIDICULOUSLY SMOTHERED IN cheese sauce and other dairy products. The cookie was burnt! Labeled as homemade and it definitely shows. All this food should’ve been free. It’s clear that food code regulations do not matter to this establishment. This place is trash, the food is trash. Do better.

Had to come back and take away a star. Service seems to be suffering my last couple of visits. The wait time has been more than 45 mins each time. I think they will need to tweak some processes to keep up with demand. Which isn’t a bad thing. Found this place on a humble and can I say this food is amazing. I would drive to Cleveland looking for a good polish boy but not anymore. Midtown bbq is amazing.

Me & my sister tried them for the first time tonight. We were not disappointed. Midtown Elyria is where it’s at. If you haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend them. Best Steak Philly I ever had & The Greens & Mac N Cheese are so dang good. Our new favorite place.

Went there March 29th, 2023…. terrible service took almost 40 minutes to get for one. Then I watched them pull fried foods straight out the fryer and dump them into a container, did not let them drain excess grease or nothing. Got home and what I expected was a soggy mess in fact was…. onion taste and look exactly like great value Wal mart brand not worth the 4 bucks they cost. Fries not even cooked just limp greasy things. No flavor at all, not even a dash of salt on the fries. Just awful in my opinion.

This is a great spot in Elyria. I’ve tried many of their offerings and I have never been disappointed. The portions for the prices are absolutely great. They have daily specials that seem too good to be true too! And a more than reasonable kids menu. They get my business regularly and will continue to! I will note that this is not a location you can dine in at but it is great take out!

I’ve lived in Lorain for 4 years and have FINALLY found some on whole can actually make some good food. In LA (the state not the city) this would be considered a “Hole in the wall” and I mean this in the best way. Best greens and chicken I’ve bought in years hands down. Oh and the cherry on top are the prices!!! They even have week day deals. Go check it out. My girls and I will definitely be back!!

Drive by this place everyday on my way to work. Never had a chance to stop in. My buddy at work brought some Cajun dry rubbed wings in from Midtown. Damn probably the best dry rubbed wings I ever had. Stopped in the next day and took 2 dozen home! The order did take a little longer then expected (but I don’t mind that when the food is incredible) just plan ahead and order early. Problem solved. The staff were friendly and the prices are more than far. Definitely will be back! Can’t wait to try the catfish!!!!

I door dashed an order. When I checked the Mac and cheese was missing from my order I texted the dasher hoping they could go retrieve it, when he went back they stated they put the Mac and cheese in the bag, it wasn’t even written on my order tag they used. The chicken and potato salad was good just wish the Mac and cheese would have came with it as well.

Great food and great people! They were SOOOOOO nice!!! Looking forward to my next visit! For a Friday they should be much busier. People need to find this place and support it! You’ll spend less than fast food and you’ll be getting WAY better quality along with supporting a local small business.

This place is horrible and over priced. I ordered ahead of time Told it would be 20 mins took 40 mins. Rushed back to work and no eating utensils or condiments. Mac & Cheese is like kraft straight out the box not homemade . Green beans overly seasoned and over cooked. The perch pieces where very small like they were cut in half slices.. then I got the strawberry dessert and it was outdated or something very watery and mushy .
