This has been my third or fourth time here after the name change. The service has gone downhill we had a waiter who never refilled our drinks or came by to check on us after he served our food. I got the Caldo de Pollo and normally when I get it has lots of big chunks of chicken this time it didn’t. It was really stringy and I didn’t even finish it b/c it didn’t have enough chicken. I probably won’t be going back and the service was really subpar. There are other and better choices available in the Alton Riverbend area at this time. I don’t know if they changed cooks as sometimes these places do.

Just not a fan of their food personally. It’s always hot and fresh and very quick but the flavors just dont agree with my taste buds. Margaritas kind of taste watered down. Sorry guys. I do absolutely love the service otherwise.
