This is the most elegant dining experience I have had in years. Food was delicious, service was great.

While the ambience of the restaurant was great, nothing else seemed to match its aesthetic standards.

Overall, an excellent meal. Upon entering, we were told that there would be a 45 minute wait for the simple fact that they were understaffed that night. The server came back several times to apologize and give us updates on wait time.

Came for Sunday brunch buffet on mother’s day, first time ever eating here. Food was either cool to luke warm. A lot of the food was dry. Deserts were mediocre, and to top off it was $25/person for brunch buffet. Our bill was $60 so $70 with a tip. Completely dissatisfied and nearly sickened. Whoever the owner is.. I sure hope you see this. We won’t be back.

If you’re looking for a home away from home meal, then look no further. This place has something for the whole family. Pasta dishes, burgers, seafood, wraps, sandwiches, steaks, you name it! The appetizers are amazing too! The Southwestern Egg Rolls are incredible, and the Spinach and Artichoke Dip is a cannot miss! The service here is great. The staff really cares about getting your order right and providing the best experience they possibly can. Michael’s is a must try!

It’s a place that has an elegant persona… The quality of food not so elegant… I got the stake. It had onions that were barely cooked should have been more caramelization…. The stake it’s self had no charm at all. No Charing not much seasoning. The potato had little cheese bacon and chives had to order extra..The salad was skimpy… The wine however was exquisite, very robust, but pretty good feeling in the restaurant all together. The young lady who waited on me was good.

It was our anniversary and we wanted to go someplace special. We hadn’t been to Michael’s for many years, and remembered the great steaks we had there back then. We were both so very disappointed. Salad was a huge pile of iceberg lettuce that was starting to brown, a thumbnail sized chunk of tomato, and the same size chunk of cucumber, neither of which were fresh. The homemade bread wasn’t cooked all the way through. Our medium rare steaks were extremely well done, dry, tough, not seasoned, and we’re barely only about a half inch thick. The “loaded” baked potato had only bacon and cheese. The bacon was the texture of jerky and the cheese was almost hard. Nothing about the meal would make us ever want to go back.

Food was gross. Clearly frozen and deep fried. Over priced for the quality. I got a steak… 20 $ and it was overcooked and swimming in grease. Luckily they removed it from my ticket… but everytime we have gone the food has been awful. However the waitress we got; Margot, is awesome. So sweet.

This place needs to enter the 20th Century. Manual check after we chased down our waiter. He was at the bar (working) trying to look up prices from a menu to prepare a bill. There were six tables of guests and he said “we are swamped.” Food was alright and menu was enticing, but I will not return. I doubt there were more than three or four employees, managers or others employed here.
