Omgosh! I am so pleased I decided to come here… from the moment I walked in til the moment I left, I felt welcomed. One of my favorite delis/sandwich places in Reno. I have been coming here since they opened this location. They have a ton of great choices from sandwiches, wraps and salads. My favorite is the BBQ chicken wrap but honestly I haven’t had anything I wouldn’t get again. They have great customer service and it’s always made fast even when they’re incredibly busy. One of the premier Deli’s in South Reno. It is a perfect american restaurant bistro deli diner cafe that serves delicious breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Not impressed, this place was overly hyped up. As you enter it looks like an old Subway. It has old posters as wall decorations. The Deli store fridge, that has a see through glass had opened containers with Old Product. I ordered a TAB Sandwich and a Clam Chowder Soup. The sandwich has no authentic taste like Subway, Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s. I basically got some Dutch Crunch Bread, Mayonnaise, Turkey, Avocado with some Cheese and Vegetables. I Could make the same sub with Safeway ingredients. Low quality meats and low quality cheese. The Clam Chowder did not taste like Clam Chowder, it was OK, but not to my liking. I had high hopes from the reviews, please do not waste your time in this place, just go somewhere that may cost a bit more and get a better quality product. I will not be returning. Again, this is not a New York Deli or anything like it, nor is the staff from New York. I don’t believe they have even been to New York and tasted an authentic sub.
