I’ve had a lot of misses food wise lately. The Boneless 10 wing platter with Nathan fries the last three times were not good at all. I’ve gotten them in the past where the boneless wings were good size and cooked perfectly…but lately the sizes are super small and some slightly over cooked, and some of the fries under cooked…and at a price over $19 with a drink(check the photo) just to be dissatisfied at the end doesn’t sit well with me. I may not be back for a while.

I wish there were more locations. I love the Philly cheese sandwich. We also ordered the chicken tenders meal. Hot and delicious. The people behind the counter were very nice. It’s such a nice thing to have consistent good and these guys do a great job!

Apparently is a trend with Miami grill that no matter which location I go to, I always have to wait a really long time for my food to be given to me at the drive thru. Zero customers on the drive thru and I still had to wait 15 minutes by the front door. Makes no sense. There’s a reason why there were 15 cars at pollo tropical drive thru across and zero at your drive thru I should have known.

Slowest drive through from all of Miami dade. I literally just sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. It’s so ridiculous. If it wasn’t for my father who craves to eat this every now and then, I would never go. No regard for peoples time at all. And it’s 3:30 so it’s not lunch hour. Do better people.

The agents at Miami Grill exhibited a lack of problem-solving skills when issues arose. Instead of proactively addressing and resolving concerns, they seemed hesitant and unsure of how to handle challenging situations. This resulted in prolonged wait times for simple issues to be resolved, and the overall level of customer service fell short of expectations.
