Yesterday, my coworkers and I went to that Miami Grill for lunch. The service and the food were incredible, the gyros were spectacular. I was talking to the Cuban guy, the manager, a wonderful person, very knowledgeable and intelligent. Now I understand why the Secretary of State is of Cuban origin; they are very knowledgeable and intelligent people. I recommend this restaurant as the best in the area.

The sub was made fresh and for that price, I don’t think you are going to find anything comparable anywhere else in Miami. It was very hot and delicious. My mozzarella sticks were cold, nothing close to pulling apart. The fact that my sub was freshly made and hot and my mozzarella sticks were cold meant they gave me some that were just sitting there for a while. I also want to point out that this was the first time I placed an order through the app and when I went through the drive-thru I was told I have to come in to pick up my order. I had to wait for the cars to finish with their orders to park and go inside and pick up my order, which was sitting on the corner of the counter, about 2-3 feet from the drive-thru window. I still gave it 5 stars because I understand it’s a fast-food joint with fresh subs, at great prices, with great daily specials and my expectations are not that high, especially in Miami-Dade.

I love Miami Grill but there is no store close to where I live, so when we are in an area that has it we get it, but the inconsistency between stores is incredible! This time we ordered from this store and what a disappointing experience. The 2 stars are for accurate order and for having it ready on time, but the food was terrible! The meat was burnt, hence incredibly dry, and the flavor was not good. Will definitely never order from this store again. Don’t thake your chances, just go to kendall, way better food and service.

I moved away 10 years ago and came to visit. This was one of the places on my list to stop by and I wasn’t disappointed. It’s exactly as I remembered. Great food that cant be beat. Seasoned fries, that unforgettable bread, great meat and cheese.
