This is the BEST Mexican food that we have found…true authentic…TRY THE CHILE RELLENO, the chili is dipped in real egg not some weird batter. They definitely deserve the tip we left, it was 1/3 of our bill….Felix the cook is AWESOME. Salsa yummy smokey and not too spicy

Our service was amazing and quick but the food was hands down the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. My group didn’t finish their meals and one couldn’t even get half way through her. Some stuff was way over seasoned and cooked and some stuff had absolutely no flavor at all. Hopefully it was just a fluke.

I’ve eaten lunch here a few times over the last month…same thing (lrg street taco & a 7up) $9.50…not awful for a lunch…until yesterday. I ordered the exact same thing but this time was upcharged $1.00 for a tablespoon of shredded cheese and $2.00 for 2 tablespoons of guacamole. Now, I’m a baker, so I’m pretty darn good at eyeballing amounts of ingredients. I’ve always ordered my taco this way, no pico and no cilantro, cheese & guacamole instead. I was not credited for the product deducted but charged for the substitution of ingredients without being told. The taco went from &6.50 to $9.50 (for a single taco). Had I known at the time if ordering, I would have ordered something else. I realize it’s only a few dollars, but it’s the principle and now they have lost a customer. In addition, I work for a fairly large company in town and you can be sure I will share my experience with my coworkers and friends.

DELICIOUS! My Mom and I ordered tacos and an enchilada with beans and rice and we were not disappointed! The salsa is authentic and filled with my favorite, cilantro, and the main items were brimming with meat and cheese! We each received so much food that we had enough for a second meal! Our waiter, Felix, was fantastic and we will definitely be back soon!

My husband and I came in for lunch this afternoon. Our server – Sharlene B., was wonderful! She has a pleasant disposition and even gave my husband spicy verde salsa. The food is delicious , the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is fun. We always have great service at this restaurant (it’s where we had our first date 12 years ago) but today was especially fantastic. Thank you Sharlene and Mi Rancho!

Our server was a nice young guy, attentive, friendly and made sure we had “everything we needed” … Unfortunately the food was just plain awful. I ordered chilaquiles that were inedible. They were completely mush, burnt sauce and chips that turned into a pile of brown squish, no crisp edges, ugh so bad. I love chilaquiles and was stoked to see it on the menu. No cilantro or cotija on top, not that it would have mattered. The beans were mushy gray paste that honestly had no flavor whatsoever… It was truly odd! I asked for a side of verde hot sauce, which was actually pretty tasty, so I ate that with the chips and salsa, my side of lettuce and cheese and attempted the beans until I gave up on the dish altogether. I was with a group of three others and their food was mediocre at best. I don’t usually leave a poor review, but this was noteworthy. Great service, food needs a glow-up!

Took about 15 to get drink order. Salsa had hair in it. Should of walked out, but pushed on. Informed waitress and she replied with a sorry. Food was ok, until I came home with leftovers and found more hair in my Colorado Chili. Please start wearing hair nets for your future customers. I will not be returning. Loved the music!

Great Mexican restaurant – clean , friendly and it wasn’t busy – price was reasonable. I didn’t know what the circumstances are but not long ago there was a a Mexican restaurant at this location and the food was great and I had eaten there many times. Then one day they closed. I think they moved to Alder drive but I don’t know if it was the same family under a different restaurant name – Anyway I checked on line and the menu pictures look like the same food. So those 2 places food looks the same. (Mi Rancho, the one on Alder Drive. I was at the Heritage Inn for a seminar and when I came out – I looked across the street and the Mexican restaurant on Alder Dr looked very busy. So although I never eat there – I assume it was good. Just thought I’d mention that as there may be the same restaurants under different names.
