Made it back for Molcajetes, but these were more mixed fajitas with nopales from a jar instead of bell pepper. No grilled cheese and everything was mixed together. Just made me miss my usual spot where the nopales are fresh and whole, and the grilled meats are arranged around the perimeter, and the grilled cheese sits on top.
Finally tried this place and the food was pretty decent. The cantaritas were tasty, but on the pricey side (~15 each). Definitely want to go back for the molcajetes. Friendly service.

Great food as authentic as you can get with a good menu in terms of variety. I really enjoyed my cantarito as well with home made tortillas. The molcajete was delicious!

I always get the chicken Enchiladas from here. The best Mexican food you’ll have in Tri cities!

Maybe it’s because we arrived close to their closing time, but the food was less than impressive. The ground beef was gritty and oily with a distinctive burnt taste, the beans were runny, and the “guacamole” was two slices of dry avocado. The service was great, and it was a very nice atmosphere. Clean and orderly. Overall a C grade.

Great service, the food was just okay… I did like the free tortilla chips that came with the food though!

Well, I need to stop thinking there’s any good Mexican food outside southern California. I’m not sure where on the pig the meat in the pozole came from, looks like maybe the spine. Twice as much bone and cartilage versus the actual edible pork. LOTS of hominy. Broth is bland, no spice at all.
The shrimp cocktail came hot. That’s new for me. Haven’t tried it yet. Hope it’s better than the red hominy water.

Tasty warm chips greet you when you arrive. Margarita was decent. I ordered Camarones a la crema which was ok, I have had better. The best part was the fresh, thick homemade corn tortillas. They were so good! Experience was good enough I would like to try it again.
