Not a big fan of breaded deep fried foods. With exception of onion rings and fried zucchini. When prepared well. The onion rings batter is kind of bland. The battered dipped fried zucchini was quite tasty. The captains platter the fish tasted good and the shrimp was ok. The service was another issue. Ordered online and when asked the at drive thru I was told not an order when announcing my name. I was then inquisitive and got then to find the order. The servings were large and plentiful. I will choose a different item next time stay tuned

I’ve been to both locations, and let me tell you the difference is night and day. The food is just BETTER at this location. I’m not sure if it’s the cooks or food provider. But if you’re going to try this place, go to this location. Chili cheese fries, chicken strips, chicken fried steak, and eggs are just above mid but definitely hit the spot.

This place has has the biggest fallout in terms of food quality. Been coming here for some time and stopped for this reason and finally decided to give it a chance again. The chili cheese fries were nasty and gave me severe food poisoning. Been sick for 3 days. Be careful coming here I doubt they check the expiration dates on the meat and everything.

I have been coming here for almost 4 years everyday, the food is very tasty, especially the fries. I enjoy the nachos and club sandwich special and usually always leave tips (a buck or two in change) I had one incident where one of the employees was a bit rude to me and she got my order wrong, I was upset because my niece was hungry and I had customers waiting for me at my store.

I am updating my review after two years and i want to say they have greatly improved since then. They finally adjusted their prices and the food tastes excellent. They serve big burgers with delicious bacon and cheese they are so good. The ranch cups are big and the onion rings are deliciously crispy. Im glad they made these recent changes because this is a huge improvement with good portions at a great value price . Keep it up MGM Bloomington thank you

The food used to be really good now it’s just OK. BUT THE PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS BACON CHEESEBURGER MEAL $23.00. A few months ago I came with my family we all got different meals. It was four of us and he came out to. $72.00 for 4 meals like I said, he’s crazy when it comes to the prices vary over priced

I found maggots in my and my boss burger’s! They refund me my money and tried to give me a free order. How ever i refused. They tried to lied to me and say there was nothing but i have pictures and we have camera at are work in case if we get sick.

I got here to today just because I was really hungry. I spoke to one of the cashiers in Spanish that I wanted a Bacon Cheeseburger combo. I sat down and when I got my ordered I asked for BBQ Sauce. The same employee who got my order was complaining in English that “I shouldve got the Western Burger instead, he mentioned it at least like 4 times. If he only knew I speak english as well. Another thing is that I got Old Fries, they were not even fresh. The Bacon Cheeseburger I got was 7/10, it was not all that. Like I said I was there just because I was hungry. I hope that specific employee ( I didnt get his name) realizes that he gets paid to do his job, not to complain what the customer ordered. This was around 5:53pm 02/20/2023. . I hope when I come back, the food and specially the employees are better. Im giving it another chance.
