Update: we returned. The food was great! We tried the Jalapeño Jam Burger, Grilled chicken sandwich and a side order of onion rings. This time there was two different problems but they were rectified. One, we ordered the side onion rings; well they put it on my husband basket and gave him less fries. The manager, Stephanie, came to our table and apologized and stated she spoke with her cooks. Stephanie offered to bring more fries but I shared some of mine with my husband. It wasn’t the amount of onion rings we got it was the amount of fries we didn’t get because we ordered the side order. Two, the waitress had to offer my husband a different kind of beer because they were out but didn’t change it on the ticket. She had it changed after I pointed out that there was a price difference in the beer that was not served versus the beer we were served. We will try it again in a few weeks. We miss the Republik but this place is just as good if not better! We have visited this place twice, once during the week and another time for an early dinner. Great food and service! They have a few items on the menu but a great variety. Everything we have tried has been “good food”! Be sure and try their chipotle corn, a little spicy kick and flavorful. Don’t forget to ask for a drink menu, which they have great deals! In some drinks they will knock off 50 cents during happy hour. You also have a choice of spicy or not on the fried pickles and mushrooms. We will definitely be back!

I like to read reviews before I go to a restaurant and try it, I gave this restaurant a shot in hopes of all for a great outcome and they did not shy away not once from good service, good food and all the above, it was amazing and staff, aswell as Cindy Martinez came to make sure all was well and I appreciated that very much, because it was great!! Thank you and we will be coming back. And will be making this a go to Spot.

Horrible experience. Server was very lacking, she just straight didn’t care. One plate was sent back. The “manager” that came to our table looked more like the dishwasher. He was FILTHY. Dirty clothes etc. It just seemed like nobody cared about customers. I do not believe this place will be opened very long. We will never be back. Send me a gift card and I’ll toss it in the trash .Yep, that bad.

What can I say about MG Grill. This is an amazing place to eat at. Ordered the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans. The CFS was so tender fell apart in my mouth . It was flavorful and juicy . The mashed potatoes ,green beans are so delish. Great job compliments to the chef . The customer service was excellent. I felt like I was eating at home. Which is hard to come by these days.

Probably not the best place to eat in town, but its a place to eat in town. Waitress was nice, food was ok at best. Im sure the bar side gets busy.. Like the other reviews say, its greasy, i like grease but there is such a thing as too much grease. Flavorless, im not a picky eater believe it or not .

Front hosts were polite and welcoming. We had Denise as our waitress she was rude attitude seemed like she didn’t want to be there and anytime we asked for a condiment or refill it was just such an obvious hassle for her. Menu was okay not much to select from. Had the onion rings they were inedible absolutely no flavor to them at all. wasn’t impressed. Overall 2 stars the price was great for that reason I’d return. Will definitely request not to have Denise as a server again!
