Picture this, My family and I ordered our food at 9pm and there are no other cars in the parking lot and drive-thru we order our food online for curbside pick up since we have coupons. We mustve ordered 4 sandwiches max. Anyways the estimated wait time is 5 minutes… we end up waiting 15. So we went through the drive-thru to complain, the young lady at the window met us and said “we’re sorry, we’re really busy and understaffed.” With a fair bit of sass. Keep in mind, there was no people there. Anyways we got our food and i was met with dissapointment. Now Ive noticed that most mcdonalds have done this, but theyve forgotten all the lettuce and tomatoes in my chicken sandwich deluxe. Why even have a plain and deluxe option if youre just going to give me a plain chicken sandwich? Its ridiculous. So yeah, a pretty bad experience.

waited in drive thru 22 minutes for a happy meal, the coke was diet not regular, the fries were cold and slimy and the nuggets were perfect, just no sauce to dip them in!!!!

Just ordered from this location at 6:45pm. Milkshakes were melted basically chocolate milk. Fries were soggy and oil logged. Crispy chicken deluxe had dry meat, tiny broken bacon pieces and a stale bun. Bacon qtr pounders box was soaked in grease. We rarely ever eat at McDonald’s and this experience makes me even more reluctant to ever eat there again.

I was just here minutes ago. Its 3:15pm. Check out your sandwiches before you eat them. The lettuce in the sandwich I ordered was spoiled. If Management cares, please keep an eye on the produce being used.

Took my daughter for a happy meal and a chicken sandwich after her doctor’s appointment. We get home and her lettuce is spoiled and her happy meal is missing the toy. Really? If the lettuce isnt green dont use it and if someone orders a happy meal..put a toy in it. Not that complicated. On a side note, this helps me justify not buying fast food at its current prices. So thanks for that at least. P.S. check your food if you order here.
