Great new McDonald’s location.
This is a great place to grab a quick meal.
The service here is fast and friendly and the food is always served hot and fresh. The inside dining area is clean and there is plenty tables available if you want to sit and enjoy your meal there.

This location has lost my trust after today.

My experience on 02/03/2026:
I arrived a few minutes around 10:00am, and placed an order. After going to the window and payed, I was asked to go to a reserved parking spot which I didn’t mind. I waited around 10 minutes for my ordered and when I got it, I received the wrong order. Pretty similar to mine but with missing items. I went back to the drive thru and let them know I was missing some items, let them know what they were, and told me to go to the window. I let the manager (i think, collared shirt) know that I was given the incorrect order and the manager got upset and asked what I was missing. I offered the ordered back and was told I could keep it if I would like which in my head would seem like “okay this is fair”. I then noticed the big breakfast with hot cakes in the bag was a little different than ordered and brought it up. The manager told me to give them the bag to replace the order. Another employee came to the window to ask me to pull forward to the second window.. I waited for 10 minutes and received my order only to still miss two items… I let the employee know I was missing two hashbrowns which I then received. I ended up leaving the drive thru at 10:34.

Over the past months as new employees and potential management has arrived, this location has been having a lot of misses that I never brought to their attention but today just did it to me. I understand maybe it was a breakfast to lunch rush or something else but I would like to see improvements in customer experience and food quality rather than to rush to get orders out.

Service was great. Looked fine. Asked for french fries and they said it was too early. What kind of McDonald’s doesnt have french fries? If youre allowing customers to walk through your door you should at the very least have the one thing that makes your mediocre burgers desirable over others. A McDonald’s without french fries is like a plane without wings. I will not let this fly.

Got fries few times for kids. Each time they looked old. For a new location to serve old fries. Never coming here again. Mcdonald’s becoming a joke. Cheaper to get Popeyes fries and better quality

Update. It keeps getting worse. The mess, the lack of customer service. Please drive 5 minutes to either other location if you can. Photos this time. ‍♂️

Every time. It’s a mess and the trash is overflowing. Tables are a mess from prior diners. No idea why… i always understood that a restaurant should staff to cover… or not offer the experience or service. ‍♂️ the food is all right.

I spend a LOT of money on McDonald’s. Probably go around 2 times a week just for a McFlurry. (Not including other times to get dinner or lunch). Every time it’s not mixed and made poorly. Not even joking out of 10 times I get it mixed once. I’m not spending 5 bucks for ice cream with sprinkles on top. Though the place is kept nice

I would avoid ordering through the app unless you like sitting in your car for 20 to 25 minutes wondering if you messed up the order or it didn’t process. On three occasions this has happened where I’ve waited over 25 minutes for food while the drive-through line is processing orders. If you really need to order from this location, do it through the drive-through do not order on the mobile app. The service at this location has really fell off since it opened when I went to check on the status of my order there were 10 people standing in the restaurant waiting for their food.

It’s not like regular McDonald. Ordered blueberry pie didn’t have it, he offered apple pie comes back said they don’t have it, he said how about cookies we said okay, comes back out says don’t have it, bring us the Mcfurry. I stood in front to get napkins & bags for over 10 minutes no one comes to the front, while people are standing there, while they’re taking care of Drive up windows & ignoring us. I finally had to say I need bag & napkins. If you don’t have enough people to work the inside then don’t have indoor dining. This was a different experience

Our family loves this McDonald’s that is very close to our home. We ALWAYS order on the app and pick up curbside. No more hassle of waiting in the drive-thru, and the food is always hot and fresh. The staff who bring our food to the car are always professional and polite.

I want to note that we recently ordered a chocolate shake (8/15/25 @ 10:30ish PM) that was absolutely disgusting and WAY TOO MUCH chocolate syrup was added. This must be addressed immediately by reducing at least half of the chocolate amount. I remember ordering these shakes years ago that were very light chocolate in color, delicious and now it looks like iced coffee. To the owner, please have your staff prepare this shake for you and try it. I guarantee you will taste it, immediately think it’s way too much chocolate syrup, and gross. Hoping the next time we order one, it won’t be so gross with too much syrup!
