This is a great place to grab a quick meal.
The service here is fast and friendly and the food is always served hot and fresh. The inside dining area is clean and there is plenty tables available if you want to sit and enjoy your meal there.
My experience on 02/03/2026:
I arrived a few minutes around 10:00am, and placed an order. After going to the window and payed, I was asked to go to a reserved parking spot which I didn’t mind. I waited around 10 minutes for my ordered and when I got it, I received the wrong order. Pretty similar to mine but with missing items. I went back to the drive thru and let them know I was missing some items, let them know what they were, and told me to go to the window. I let the manager (i think, collared shirt) know that I was given the incorrect order and the manager got upset and asked what I was missing. I offered the ordered back and was told I could keep it if I would like which in my head would seem like “okay this is fair”. I then noticed the big breakfast with hot cakes in the bag was a little different than ordered and brought it up. The manager told me to give them the bag to replace the order. Another employee came to the window to ask me to pull forward to the second window.. I waited for 10 minutes and received my order only to still miss two items… I let the employee know I was missing two hashbrowns which I then received. I ended up leaving the drive thru at 10:34.
Over the past months as new employees and potential management has arrived, this location has been having a lot of misses that I never brought to their attention but today just did it to me. I understand maybe it was a breakfast to lunch rush or something else but I would like to see improvements in customer experience and food quality rather than to rush to get orders out.
Ketchup is good.
Every time. It’s a mess and the trash is overflowing. Tables are a mess from prior diners. No idea why… i always understood that a restaurant should staff to cover… or not offer the experience or service. ♂️ the food is all right.
I want to note that we recently ordered a chocolate shake (8/15/25 @ 10:30ish PM) that was absolutely disgusting and WAY TOO MUCH chocolate syrup was added. This must be addressed immediately by reducing at least half of the chocolate amount. I remember ordering these shakes years ago that were very light chocolate in color, delicious and now it looks like iced coffee. To the owner, please have your staff prepare this shake for you and try it. I guarantee you will taste it, immediately think it’s way too much chocolate syrup, and gross. Hoping the next time we order one, it won’t be so gross with too much syrup!
