Absolutely my FAVORITE MEZEH of them all! The best service in the world and probably the most atmospheric one as well! I have been coming to Mezeh for years! But the hospitality, ambience and feels is COMPLETELY different! The food taste so amazing, that I had to drive from alexandria to this location! BUT I DONT CARE!! I LOVE IT!! I truly from the bottom of my heart say, thank you to the entire staff! Thank you Pablo for the love! And CORPORATE LISTEN UP! GIVE EVERYONE A RAISE ASAP. WOW. Just WOW. W. O. W. What a wonderful place! I was recently on a trip and decided to stop by. The place looked nice. I walk in. I have NEVER felt more welcomed at a restaurant! The staff was simply wonderful, they were so attentive and helpful and had a youthful aura about them. And the food. Oh gosh. I ordered a couple of bowls to taste and wow oh wow, was it gooooooodddd… Very flavorful, very ethnic, very fresh. All you can ask for. Hands down the best mediterranean food I’ve had. The atmosphere was also lovely, but what really stood out to me was the service. You could tell the staff are willing to go as far as it takes to give you as good of an experience as possible. My whole experience was just incredible, and I will definetly try to visit again as soon as possible. The vibes were off the charts!✨✨I reccomend this hands down. Worth making a trip out of this even if you’re not in the area!

The young man working there was extremely helpful and welcoming—he took the time to explain the menu and made sure everything was just right with my order. Dear Mezeh Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your Springfield location on Old Keene Mill Road.
I stopped by to purchase food for Iftar with my children, and unfortunately, the experience was very upsetting. A staff member informed me that I was limited to 10–12 toppings. I have been a regular customer at Mezeh and have never previously been told there was a strict limit on toppings. In the past, I have always been able to choose the toppings I wanted without any issue.
What made the situation worse was the way it was communicated. The staff member addressed me in a manner that felt embarrassing and inappropriate, especially in front of other customers. Because of how she handled it, my children felt uncomfortable and hesitant to order what they wanted on their plates. As a parent, it was very disappointing to see them feel embarrassed over something that should have been a simple and enjoyable meal.
Additionally, the portion sizes seemed noticeably smaller than usual — only one scoop or about one and a half scoops were served. Considering the prices, especially for the meat, I do not feel the portions reflect fair value.
I have always enjoyed dining at Mezeh, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. I hope you will address this matter and ensure that customers are treated with respect and consistency moving forward.

This Mezeh is an absolute gem for fresh, fast-casual Mediterranean food, offering incredibly flavorful, customizable bowls that never disappoint. The ingredients are clearly high-quality, with the roasted veggies, unique sauces, and perfectly cooked proteins making every bite, and every visit, a total delight. And the staff could not be kinder, the person who appeared to be in charge was working just as hard as his employees and the cashier was super helpful with my order (he was super patient because it was my first time). If you are looking for a healthy and satisfying meal that leaves you feeling great, I cannot recommend Mezeh enough!
