Place is very clean and the cashier is so polite and very friendly. Definitely I recommend this place to anyone visiting the area Dominga is very friendly thank you Carl’s/ Owner for having employees like her. I also want to said thanks to the people preparing the food at the kitchen all burgers were juicy and very well made it’s clear they love to work and make customers their priority.
We where visitor’s who took their daughter to the Soka Founders Hall University for her prom Dance.
Definitely any time we are visiting the area or San Diego this will be our first choice to stop and get a bite. Thank you Dominga and kitchen crew for the exceptional service .

I want to give a huge shout-out to Luis at Carl’s Jr.! He is an amazing worker who consistently provides excellent service. Every time I visit this location, he greets me with a friendly attitude and genuinely brightens my day. Even during the heavy rain and the long line of cars, Luis remained attentive, fast, and incredibly accurate with every order.
I come to this Carl’s Jr. often, and I’ve never had a negative experience. Luis’s professionalism and kindness are a big reason why. He truly goes above and beyond, and it deserves to be recognized!

I came in to pick up a DoorDash order. The restaurant was empty. A male employee at the counter asked for the pickup name — I clearly and loudly gave him the name, and he heard me.
I then stepped to the soda fountain to fill my water bottle and came back to the counter. The order was already ready, but instead of handing it to me, he was standing with his back turned, watching football on his phone in a very demonstrative way.
When he finally turned around, instead of giving me the order, he started lecturing and scolding me about how I was “supposed” to greet him and show the order from my phone — even though I had already given him the name clearly when he asked. I was forced to stand there and listen to this for several minutes. It made me extremely uncomfortable.
I consider this behavior harassment directed at me, and I am formally documenting this incident. After finishing his lecture, he again turned his back and kept me waiting several more minutes before finally handing me the order.
This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and intimidating. Management needs to address this immediately.

Great location! Inside of the store is very clean! The food is always warm and tasting as it should. The staff is extremely nice and well trained. Luis is amazing! Excellent customer service! Will be coming indefinitely.

I come here more often than I’d like to admit. For 5+ years, I’ve always been a happy customer. My order has always been correct and the staff has always been nice. Huge shout out to Luis – he is an absolute pleasure to interact with. He always has great energy and makes me smile.

Idk if they’re, cheap, rude or forgetful. No sauces are in the bag that I made online order for. 3 different sauces are all missing. I think they’re genuinely cheap. The napkins that I included in the picture is not used by me. I didn’t fold it like that, it was sitting on the top of the take out bag all I did was take it out. This is why Is think they’re cheap, they give 2 greasy messed up napkins for you.

2nd time I have ordered through the app and didn’t receive my beverage. Today it was a large Dr Pepper. The first it was a medium drink few weeks back. Today I was at a hotel and few weeks back I was at the Laguna canyon. Sorry I don’t have a care lately.
